I told Wayne that I will start taking the time to go back to water aerobics again 3 times a week. I miss it, felt better while going and I was loosing. The painting & moving CAN WAIT an hour while I work-out!!

Soooooo.....Wednesday night this week I'll be back to working out!! :cp:

My goal for myself is to work out at the Y 3 or 4 times a week!!

After I went by to give Mom her shot and wash and roll her hair...I headed straight to the Y...I walked 1 and 1/2 miles and worked out on the weight machines. :cp:

I got to the Y this morning!! Two days in a roll, I feel like a fitness expert...LOL.

Walked 2 miles and worked out on the weight machines. I truely believe these last few pounds will have to be worked off!!

I worked out at the Y this morning. Walked 2 miles {picked up the pace some too} Worked on my usual machines with the bigger weights. The only place I can tell I am getting stronger muscles is in my legs, but guess they had less flab to begin with...LOL.

Saturday Got in an 8 mile run before a quick trip to Tampa for a combo goodbye and birthday party for my twin neices and their family. My nephew is moving to Ohio for 2 years for his residency.

Debbie way to go on the inches lost.

Cheryl I am glad that you are back at it. It is sometime hard to exercise but once you start it is enjoyable. You wonder why you were procrastinating in the first place.

Shelley--the 153 are the miles I've "traveled" so far this year (and I haven't gotten anywhere, yet ;) ) I have 212 to go before I meet my goal of 365. I update that # every 10 miles.

The weight line is different--it's not moving at all. Lost 6, 28 to go. My goal is/was to be at 210# by the end of this year. For some reason I can't get off of the 238 when I weigh each week. :( I started out at 244.
