Worked out at the Y yesterday morning. Walked 2 miles and worked on the weight machines. I'm stilling trying to go 4 times a week, haven't made it yet. I HAVE no excuse either...LOL.

Shelley and Debbie you are doing awesome. I sure miss posting here. I can't believe that I am not exercising. You know how depressing that is for me.
Debbie way to go on the inches lost. Cheryl I am glad that you are back at it. It is sometime hard to exercise but once you start it is enjoyable. You wonder why you were procrastinating in the first place. |

Shelley--the 153 are the miles I've "traveled" so far this year (and I haven't gotten anywhere, yet ;) ) I have 212 to go before I meet my goal of 365. I update that # every 10 miles.
The weight line is different--it's not moving at all. Lost 6, 28 to go. My goal is/was to be at 210# by the end of this year. For some reason I can't get off of the 238 when I weigh each week. :( I started out at 244. |
And oh, no, I'm not doing wonderful--wish I was!!! :)
