Hey chicks! Well, I braved the scale yesterday morning, (with much dread since diet and exercise have not been a priority this week) and got a pleasant shock. I was still at 203! I know it's not a loss but it's not a gain either!! Yea!! However, I'm joining in the goal planning for the new month. I'm really not following any program right now-I was doing WW, then tried to just count calories, and didn't really stick with either one very well...I tried Atkins last year, but I'm not too much of meat eater. Anyone have any ideas? I've never tried TOPS or South Beach. I'm really a snacker...I like to graze.
April-Sounds like you're determined to stay OP! You go girl! I know what you mean about the candy...it's better for me just not to eat any.
Jodi-Glad you and dh got to go out. I love Chinese-espescially the almond fried chicken and won ton soup.
Nan-I'm glad Atkins is working so well for you. Isn't it more healthy for you to weigh 74 pounds less than not to use this diet? It sounds like you are very much on top of things. What kind of labchick are you?
Holly-I know what you mean about cookies. I love those vanilla creme sandwich cookies and I CAN"T have them in the house or I'll eat the entire bag in one day!
