    Watergirl...I mean Sherry!!! LOL You are doing great!! I love the Water Aerobics too. Hopefully when school is out I can go more often. Don't tell anyone I'm off for 8 weeks...LOL.

    I worked out at the Y for an hour this afternoon. Trying to up my volume some...I want to get this weight off a little quicker!! I have been totally OP for 62 days and feel great but I should have lost more than 15 pounds....right? What am I doing wrong guys? Advise please!!! I'm trying not to get discouraged

  • Debbie-Don't worry about the number on the scale!! The inches matter the most, especially when you are exercising as much as you are. Muscle weight more than fat because it is much denser. Are you clothes looser? You must have dropped a couple of sizes with 15 pounds!!! You are doing awesome and I bet that you look more like 25 pounds are gone!

I won't be able to post my week-end goals until next Monday, and, since I think I may actually MAKE GOAL for the first time EVER, I'd like to post it here on this thread.........If you don't want to, it's no biggie, I just had to ask.

  • I went to Water Aerobics tonight, and I AM one whipped puppy...LOL. However do you do it 3 times a week Sherry. I love it but MAN I am tired!! What a workout!!

  • Debbie....It IS hard but I make myself go and I feel so good afterwards! It's funny to see so many women sweating in the pool!! I've about got the routine down pat so we can do it in your pool this summer.
