I got 3 days in at this Y this week, one of them was Water Aerobics. Today we played volley ball, so I did get some excerise. Going to shoot for 4 days next week at the Y !! :)

Guess what...I stayed OP today!!! But my couisin's wife made some chocolate covered strawberries {everyone said they were to die for} They bothered me ALL day!! Of course Sherry could eat them on WW. I'm on the wrong plan...LOL

Hey y'all!! I've done terribly b-a-a-a-d this weekend! :(

I rubbed an awful blister on the side of my heel when I walked the 5 miles on Thursday night, so I took Friday afternoon off from the gym. Saturday I went out w/a friend all day, so once again, no walking. And today is just wet and dreary, rain, rain, rain--ugh! At least it's good for the corn farmers :)

Anyway, I'll get back on track and back on the treadmill tomorrow! I really need new shoes!

I got off around 12:30 today and when for my hour workout at the Y. It was very tempting to just come home and take a nap...LOL.

Cheryl... I hope your heel is better today.

:cb:WTG SHERRY on one more pound gone!!! :cb: You looked so small yesterday, especially in your waist. Scales and measuring tapes don't always tell the story. You are toning up for sure.

Cheryl-I have had so many blisters on my toes from running over the years. Make sure you are wearing correct socks and shoes. Did you go to a specialty store to get your walking shoes? You may want to do that next time that you are ready to purchase a new pair. Also, are you wearing socks with coolmax in them? When I just started using the correct socks it made a difference.

Sorry that I am not going to post to you all. Everyone looks like they are doing good. Cheryl back to it tomorrow.

My back is really sore. I can't get out of the bed without a cane in the morning. :( After the meds kick in it doesn't hurt as much. My activity will be way down this month.
