2 wheat english muffins w/butter
20 oz water
Lunch:
2 hard boiled eggs
2 bags of SB wheat crackers w/sour cream
Dinner:
broiled cod w/melted butter
asparagus w/mushrooms
1 dinner roll
1 glass wine
Snack: ???
4 glasses wine !!!
