  • Hi everyone, Just a real quick post to say that my nephew is one of a set of twins and we are now taking my second nephew up to the hospital for the same thing. Thanks so much for your thoughts and prayers. I will post more when I get back.

    Lucky, I hope all goes well with the twins. I know it can be scary when the little ones are sick! My son pulled his closet door off the hinges last night and it landed on his foot. I was so pissed at the builder! The door was actually split, but they just left it there and didn't replace it. I now know why it never worked quite right. He's home with my hubby today and is swollen and bruised, but nothing is broken.

    Dan, how is the water going today? I have downed my first 33 ouncer!

    Did pretty well last night. Leftover veggie soup and biscuits. Making garlic chicken and angel hair pasta tonight. Not too bad for me. Will steam up some broccoli and have that with it.

    Chequita, how are you?

    Judging by the number of trips to the restroom, pretty darn well!
  • chach i am doing great, thanks for asking. didn't get to exercise yesterday, but did stay on the right food path and am determined to do it today, also. will be able to get in at least a 2 mile walk this afternoon. i am determined to fit some more exercise into my already hectic schedule. wishing everyone a very happy and healthy thursday.

    I didn't do so well with dinner last night, but didn't do horribly either. We had a friend over and he brought pizza. I had 1 1/2 pieces. That's good considering I would usually have about three pieces. I also had three Oreo cookies. I wanted more, but decided to stop. I knitted for almost three hours and that helped a lot also.

    Dan: Keep up the good work with the water. Just look at the runs to the bathroom more exercise, right?

    Chequita: Good job on the exercise. I can't wait to get my treadmill in a month. Do you weigh in regularly or just whenever? I know people who do it both ways.

    Okay, I'll get going for now. I'll start the new thread tomorrow morning when I get to work so we can start the new week there.

  • i weigh weekly and measure monthly. my weigh ins are usually on tuesdays. the wi for this week showed 1 1/2 lbs. gained, but it will be better next week.
