I did 60 min on Monday, 30 last night and am hoping for another 60 both tonight and tomorrow. Oh and we're going to Ikea tonight. I'm hoping to pick up an extra hour of walking around there. |

After a very long stop in the mid twenties...I have added another 8 miles...that is as long as the treadmill went before it slipped...SHOOT!

Did about 115 minutes yesterday. Too cold today for much, only up to 55. That works for me on the beach but not dh. And I'm planning a movie for this afternoon so no store walking.

Huzzah! My friends sent me a picture of their small pink house in NOLA! It has a cypress tree and a wrought iron fence. I’m thinking about that as I “hike” on towards Louisiana!!!! Yowza!
