Well.....Thanks for asking Shelley...I had a great weigh-in. I LOST 3 POUNDS MY FIRST WEEK BACK ON ADKINS!!! I'm feeling better already!!!

I'm really not that tall. I'm 5'5" which is average.You're just short! I would like to get to 150 and then hold my weight between 150-155 lbs.

Well got stuff to do this morning before I head out for my walk in the snow......yuk and they say it is slippery too. Hope that today brings everyone happiness.

Okay...a quick update...remember the blue winter scene I did? A -worker of Steves seen it on my picture trail and said he wanted to buy it. We agreed on a price and Steve will be delivering it next week! Then, today in Hobby Lobby, I struck up a conversation with a lady about some wood items. The talk progressed into her telling me that she is a member of a decorative painters club that meets once or so a month. She invited me to attend with her and she also asked me to give her One Stroke lessons! I told her I want to get all of my craftshow stuff out of the way and build up my confidence some more, then I would be contacting her. I just thought it was kinda neat! I sold my first painting and might of aquired my first student!

Oh, by the way, I am not OP, having a heck of a hard time. Deb has motivated me to start over again. Starting very soon, I am going on a major weight loss plan! I'm still tossing around how I want to do it, I think I will just watch calories and try to avoid extra carbs.

Gayle I am so excited for you. It must feel wonderful to sell your first painting. It is an ego booster. Your paintings look great. Be encouraged, you would not have sold one if it didn't look good.

My face is okay now. It just itches every now and then.

Today I am dressed like a hippie. The people that gave to United Way get to dress hippie today at school. Believe it or not, I have a jean skirt that I embroidered with different things on it about 30 years ago. It's one of the kind that you make a pair of jeans into a skirt. I've also got a tie-dyeds shirt on from Patty. I have to interview someone for the clinic dressed like this!! I am still upset that she wants me to hire the clinic person. Since when does a bookkeeper hire people??? If I had the you know what, I'd go to SPALC about it, but I'm too nice to do that, plus she would get rid of me.

Sherry-I hope you are better. I am having trouble with this flex plan. I just want to eat!! I don't know what my problem is. I am just not motivated enough, I guess. It will be 1 week tomorrow, but I'm really not counting on my weight being down, since it goes up and down by 3 lbs. all the time. I'm just trying mainly to get back into journaling. I really think that's the key for me!

Gayle-Maybe I can be more motivated with you and Ramona next week, after this damn Halloween in over! I just keep wondering what kind of candy Patty will come home with! I am embarrassed to say that I am looking forward to weeding through it!!

Today school is out for teacher's inservice. I love to work on these days because I can get so much paperwork done.

Sherry... I'm so glad I went to the retirement party yesterday. I still think you are over doing it though. It was great seeing everyone, like coming home.
