I'm so saddened about John Ritters death. I really can't believe it. I liked the new show he had and I think it was really a hit. I'm just shocked.

Summer I got rid of kazaa today but "slid" those files to another place on PC. If worse comes to shove, I will get rid of it all. It think I had 90 something songs and I can delete some of them. I'm actually more into my upbeat christian music here lately. Did you get my email? I haven't gotten anything about peanut butter bars unless I've read the wrong emails. As for the WW and credit card issue, I don't even have a visa check card with our joint account. DH left our atm card in my car visor and melted it to the point that it's kinda "wavy" and I know it won't be accepted in the atm now. The bank's newer cards are check cards so maybe HE will have to go and get one.

So is there anyone else here that's only been to 6 states like me or am I the only "home" girl? :lol:

Donna are yall considering boarding up the windows on that beach house? It really looks like it may ride our coast but who knows exactly where. I bet regardless of where it goes, with it being that large, we're bound to feel some affects of it.

As for suzanne, she said that she hurt her big toe slightly but it didn't even swell. I didn't ask but I wonder if I did run over it? I asked her was she alright this morning and I told her that I assume responsibility for that but I didn't know what happened. She said she was talking to donna (mrs. steven, traffic director) and she told her that she was the one who told me to "hurry up and pull ahead of the on coming traffic" and then realized we weren't ready but that i was relying on her. It shouldn't happen again. In fact I told suzanne to not even buckle laken up. Logan can do that after the door closes.

Well I'm trying to get ahold of my mom to see if she will ride somewhere with me and haven't gotten her yet. We've got to be sure the football plans are a go since DH hasn't said, I guess I will take the boys myself. If they show out with me, I'll just leave them. :lol:

Morning everyone..have been running errands yesterday and today have to go again.. the dh starts physical therapy today..we went down to the neighbors last nite for a practice outing to see how dh could tolerate driving again..it went well and he enjoyed getting out under his own steam..:lol: dana.. how awful about that car incedent.. can just imagine how you felt but it deff wasnt your fault..am glad she wasnt hurt to badly..am glad you are doing so well with your cards.. heres another idea for kids..take a hershey chcolate bar and slide the outer wrapper off..trace the size on card stock and then use your stamps etc and make it a happy b-day or what ever occasion..then slide it back on the candy bar..instant small gift..hello to kris summer sheree daphnee and donna.. and glen bless you for calling me and the rest of us soon to be barbie dolls..i like this saying"im just a raggedy annie living in a barbie doll world"..good luck on your weigh in.. will address every one on a more personal note when i get home later today.. we had our first hard frost last nite:?: but the days have been gorgeous..check in later rosey :wave:

Morning everyone.. its so pretty out this morning..got all my errands done yesterday..and had mil,dd,dgd..overfor dinner last nite we bqed and had store bought salads..i luv that no fuss cooking..we received the letter from dh dr.s and it looks like the balls in his work companys court..i will be real surprized if they will want him back at his old job and un less they have a desk job..he will be classified as disabled..i have been mentally preparing for this and am not overly upset..just want my dh to get better..thats the most impt thing now..and what will be will be.. since we are having company the last weekend of this month i have to clean the guest room..have you everhad one of those rooms thats catches all the junk and clutter..well i have a supper dooper cluttered room.. you cant even turn around in there so thats my job this weekend..to clean out that room so you can find the bed :lol: ugh..so whats everyone up to this weekend..hope its fun with those you love;) :D ;) will check in later rosey:wave: ps..i went shopping and didnt buy andything that had chocolate in it hurray for me:lol: :?: :lol: ..

Hello! Everyone is busy today I guess. I had to run out today and get a little something for my nephew because he is being baptized tomorrow at my sister's church. I always get the kids a little something. I have been feeling really out of touch lately since starting a antidepressant and I think it's mostly allergies because I usually pick up something this time of the year. :(
Life goes on and I must go with it. I was hoping the doctor would of just given me something to take when I get overly stressed out but instead I have to take this every day. :dizzy:
Rosey, I'm glad you prepared yourself for the worst where you dh's job is concerned. Maybe they will have a desk job for him or something but you are right, the main thing is that Steve gets better. I have several rooms like you have that catch everything. I really have tried to get back into the Flylady way of keeping up with your home and have had to start over. It's so bad that I just could bless my upstairs yesterday and that took 3 hours! Unbelieveable! LOL And the sad thing about it was I had a lot of energy and was going full speed ahead and STILL it took 3 hours! LOL :rolleyes: At least it earned me 5 activity points! :p
Dana, I was saddened by John Ritters death too. He had a heart defect and didn't even know it! He was so young too. And Johnny Cash is gone as well. I was never a big fan but he has been a legend in Nashville and the music industry for years. As for the beach house, we have never gone to board up any of my Dad's houses. When Hugo hit, the house that he had was across the street from the beach and it wasn't even touched. I think my Dad knows that all the boarding up won't do much good with the strength of the storm surge with the hurricane. I just pray it will not hit land and that no one is killed.
Well, my cat is crying to eat and the cockatiel is trying to talk to her. LOL Gotta go. I'll talk later.

Hi all just wanting to check in. I am off in a bit to seattle. Megna has her surgery at 8AM tomorrow. orry I havn't been posting lately. When I get on walmart it wont do anything but freeze up on me. I lost .8 this week bringing me to 14 for weight watchers. I really hate walmart lately. I cant even read the post lately. I will try and post from the hospital tomorrow. I will call someone and tell them how they surgery went. Remember us tomorrow at 8 AM pacific time.

Hi everyone..another beautiful fall day and very windy the leaves are swriling around..daphhnee a prayer for meagan..hope her surgury goes well and am holding your hand too..wtg on your loss.. keep it going..glenn mr ken wtg too on your loss..i luv the barbie image but truthfully im more a raggedy annie..:lol: hello to dana..summer ..donna..and sheree..hope you all had a great weekend..i invented a new sandwhich you all might like.. we had left over grilled steak with bq sauce on it from the other nite..i cut it up really small(little pieces) and choped celery onion and dill pickle and then added 2 T of fat free mayo and stirred it all up and put it in a french roll..it had a hint of the bq suace and grilled meat flavor the dh says it was a hit and i should make it again..:lol: wow thats a compliment from him as he doesnt like to try new things.. well will check in later..after bingo..sure hope im a winner this week:lol: rosey:wave:

Hello Everyone...Its been a busy weekend here..Had erands to run and get things lined up to leave Friday for the beach..that is if Isabel will cooperate and not land near us or the Carolina's.. I pray she will fizzle out and not bother or harm anyone..

I will have a really busy week..Monday we pick up TC Scan..Tuesday go the Oncologist for him to read and tell us his oppinion..Wedesday the Exployer goes in for service and to put a recall part on..that will be a all day thing UGH..then Thursday I get my hair dyed..I am tired just thinking about all of it..
Monday is Jim's Birthday and I am taking him to the Steakhouse for dinner..his favorite..We will have alot to celibrate and counting our Blessings for...Its been something...

I know that you are worried and I do understand..but maybe there will be a place for him at work if it comes to that..You are so right that the main thing is Him..Somehow things always have a way of working out and I am sending good vibes your way for things working out the way you want them to..... I am sorry that your meds make you tired..It is allergy season and everyone including me is suffering..Yes its so awful about John Ritter and Johhny Cash..They always say it comes in three's. Do you believe that?? I cant understand how John Ritter's heart was undected..I saw the news that is was detected untill it was too late....I just find that so unreal with all the technology we have today..and Johnny had been real sick and I believe he missed June Carter Cash..So sad..

Aerosmith and Kiss were great! I have eaten like a :pig: Today is a new day and I am going to be better this week. Also, Got some new workout clothes this week., so I am going to walk. Target is having a good sale on Danskin work out clothes. Check it out! :)

I am taking a break from blessing my downstairs of my house today. I feel like I'm still in slow-motion from either sinus stuff or that medication. If this keeps up I am going to have to call the doctor because I have too much to do than to just sleep all the time. :(
Yesterday my nephew was baptized and my sister had us over for lunch. Now I did good. I had turkey, corn and beans no rice or dressing. BUt then they put down a slice of cake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I ate it.... 16 points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH! Anyway, because we ate so late in the afternoon I didn't eat dinner last night and therefore ended the day with 2 points over my food target points.
Well, break is over. I'll check in later. Gotta keep moving when I sit and start to feel sleepy again. :yawn: :yawn: :rolleyes: :wave: :tired:

We are back home and very tired. Surgery went fine now it is just waiting to see how it heals. That is the main concern for now. She is out of school for 1 week and then back full throttle. We went to downtown Seattle last night. It was so fun. There was just a slight breeze and we walked the boardwalk. I had fish and chips for dinner and it was :T:. I will post more later thank you for all the prayers for Megan.
