HELP!!
Could someone tell me why it says that ONIONS are 0 points BUT COOKED ONIONS are 1 point? I had greenbeans w/ onions cooked in them.I added the 1 point for my tsp. of maragrine.I went ahead and added a point for the onions since they were "cooked". I couldn't figure this out. Thanks! |
I have no idea. They used to do that with carrots, too. Maybe as they are cooked they have more natural sugars contained in them? Makes absolutely no sense to me!! I would just count them as 0 and be through with it. I don't count points in o point veggies no matter how much I eat of them, and I have had no problems.

If I disappear from this thread for a few days it's because I am having problems following the plan with all the stress. I am still journaling, but my points are over. Yesterday was 30 points. I'll be popping in to see what's happening, though!

Do you remember how hard it was for you to reach goal? I hate to see that the stress will cause you to gain some of it back. Try to focus on your points and be strong! We're here for you if you need us. So far I haven't messed up anything since being on WW July 15th...BUT if & when I mess up.....I'll need you to get me right back on track too!!
