Gained 2 pounds at my weigh-in last night :(

My own fault! Next week is --vacation-- so probably won't do much better......

Will do better when weather cools off a little!

Debbie and Sherry I have been checking out your points daily, looks like you got the hang of it. You will have to try the breakfast cookie for variation from your bagel. They are great for a snack too.
