Kiwonk 06-11-2003 03:45 PM

Pooh!! Well, I guess she's old enough then. And since the step-kids only visit on holidays, that's okay too. I approve.

What kind of meeting should Peachers go to, Bagz? The League of Good Decent Single Parents didn't seem to work out that well. How about joining an investment club?

Do you think this is too dark for walls?

I have begun to suspect that someone else is posting as Wabby. Dykie-doos indeed!!!

How about this?

I think it's lovely that Pooh met a guy as long as he's not a guy I'd be interested in. Does he have greasy hair or use big slaps of aftershave? Does he hate cats? Burp as a hobby? Have less than three facial expressions? I hope so. Give her my best.

I like it. You would need some light colored contrast probably to go with it.

What's wrong with burping as a hobby? It's inexpensive and doesn't take a lot of time away from other things. Much better hobby than purchasing sailing equipment, for instance.

I do agree about the other items. 3 facial expressions is the bare minimum.

Or as they say on the internet, the bear minimum. Wahlah.

I'm going to sell used baby pajamas on eBay. Do you think I'll be successful? They are not even in all that great condition. I'm convinced that someone will buy them: one is Cabbage Patch Kids and the other is Rainbow Brite. Tacky tacky tacky.

What about this color? :s:

Hey!

Where is everybody? I hate coming here the next day and finding that mine is the latest post. I need constant entertainment. See, I'm even making this post pretty colors so you will want to reply.

I went to the dentist this morning, and for a change I don't have any cavities. Goodie for me. Especially since I don't have any dental insurance any more either. Sheesh, this husband laid-off crap is really wearing thin. I'm getting so sick of seeing him around here all day, I'm contemplating employment myself (don't worry, I'll get over it).

At least DH is mowing the lawn today. About time, too, I need grass clippings for my lasagna garden. And yes, it's all about me. mememememe

Isn't this your day off, Peacherino? Have you moved into that house yet? Do you need some help painting? DH needs something to do when he gets done mowing the lawn.

Don't you read your email??? I went to the doc and I am fine. So yay.

Wabby 06-12-2003 04:07 PM

I'm going to post, Kiwi, I love it when you beg. :D

The problem is, I don't have anything to post about - oh yeah - I lost more weight as of my WW weigh in yesterday. I'm up to 12.6 pounds. Are you totally impressed? :smug: It would be so much more impressive if I hadn't gained 10 pounds the week before I started WW's.

Peaches, have you met my DH? He hates cats and although burping isn't considered one of his hobbies, I'd say he's rather accomplished at it.:p

Lush 06-12-2003 04:10 PM

I just checked my email and you weren't there..so now I'm hanging...what happened????? This is why I feel I have no sister...I'm always the last to know.
Anyway, I like the first color best.
Kiwi, send your DH here to cut the grass....ours is easily knee high...it won't stop raining long enough to get out there and cut it. The kids are in the pool for the first time today...the weather has been terrible.
Now I have to take a nap..bye

Lush 06-12-2003 04:19 PM

HI Wabby.....I missed you. I am so impressed by 12.5 lbs. Who cares when you gained it, at least it's gone.
At least someone is loosing weight.

Bagzz 06-12-2003 05:18 PM

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww---------i want to loooooooooose weight too---wabby has been starving herself ---that is so hard---no one else around here can do it----think about it---she is the oNLY one of us who has lost a decent amount of weight---i think sugar lost a few pounds------WHERE IS SHE BY THE WAY-----i like the oatmeal colour better than that reddish brown picnic table stain colour----

Lush 06-12-2003 06:00 PM

She can't have oatmeal. That's my color.
She is in the south...maybe she should paint her house grits or cornpone.

Cowpernia 06-12-2003 06:29 PM

The builder gave me a chart of colors he will use. He seems to be quite bossy about this. There are 24 colors on this chart ranging from "serene peach" which looks like white but I saw it in the neighbor's house and it's orange to "zulrich white" which is light grey I guess. No dark green to be seen. We're getting the fence tho so yay.

Grits would be prettier than oatmeal anyhow. Yankee.

Kiwonk 06-12-2003 07:14 PM

No ma'am

I didn't get any newsy email from you, Cowpursenia. Only the psycho test, which I don't think you got from your doctor, but who knows?

I am putting Cabbage Patch and Rainbow Brite pjs on eBay. I expect big bucks.

Yes, oatmeal is more for cooler weather living, don't you think? How about a nice lemon chiffon or blanchedalmond?

Cowpernia 06-12-2003 09:59 PM
