I am starting this thread for expectant mothers like me, who want to maintain their current level of fitness ( and maybe improve a little) while they are getting ready for their big day. I am trying to maintain my current weight since my doctor does not want me to gain any weight!
I want to eat healthy. I want to improve my muscle tone and get on a walking program and stay there until my baby is born. If you or anyone you know would benefit from such a support group, please post and let me know you are in!
