I didn't make my goal in May.I was short 5 miles. But I WILL do it this month!!!!! :D |

My goal for June is gonna be the same as my May one was--40 miles. Weather and good old-fashioned laziness didn't permit me to meet the May goal, but I'M GONNA DO IT THIS MONTH!!!!!!

Walked 4 miles. 4/14/40 Shelley-thanks!! Takes me 1:20 (forever, I know), but I'm working on trying to walk faster. When I can do it in under 1:00, or when I can walk 6 miles w/o feeling shot (haven't tried yet), I'm gonna try jogging again. :) |

Dee-Already at 50?? You blow me in the weeds!! Cheryl-Timing doesn't really matter. It takes me an hour to RUN 5 miles!! I'm a turtle in disquise!! Nothing for me on Tuesday--was shopping with Becky after work so that she could find some working clothes. |

Walked last night, but not sure how far. Also did resistance training with bands for biceps and triceps.
