Dee-Already at 50?? You blow me in the weeds!! Cheryl-Timing doesn't really matter. It takes me an hour to RUN 5 miles!! I'm a turtle in disquise!! Nothing for me on Tuesday--was shopping with Becky after work so that she could find some working clothes. |

Only Walked 1/2 Mile :( (Still sore & tired) Tuesday: Walked 1 Mile 1.5/21/40 Thanks for joining us Ramona!!!!!!!! A mile is great!!! Try to walk daily....You'll feel so much better and it sure helps with the weight loss!!! :) |
Walked last night, but not sure how far. Also did resistance training with bands for biceps and triceps.
