Hi Barb and Jess :) don't worry we'll get back on track :D I did'nt find an "eat all you want and lose 5lbs a week" diet anywhere :shrug: can't figure that one out :chin: :lol: the closest i came to it was the Ice Cream Diet :lol: i've definitely been on that with a few other things thrown in ;) :wave:

I'm back on track Cat :) Yucky TOM is gone and I've been eating healthy. down 2.4 pounds this week. I haven't exercised much, but I've just been too busy. As long as the numbers are going down then I'm happy :) Now if I could just get down past 160 this month!
