Shaddie...yum, chops and veggies and cheese is my weakness. It all sound delish...and the Vienna Boys Choir sounds lovely, what a wonderful evening that will be...don't blame you on the one heat trip. Did that a lot this past summer during the drought.

Louisville boss is here today. She is quite nice. My immediate boss actually reports to her, so she is upper management. She took us all out to dinner last week while we were in LV. She even drank beer ate pizza and bread sticks, ha, go figure, someone down to earth.

Having lunch with a former co-worker from here today at Seasons 52. Google it. A really healthy place to eat and right out the back door from here.

Everyone have a marvy day, don't know about getting back later.

Loves and Hugs

There's nothing to report since yesterday. I've started using myfitnesspal to log my food and exercise. It's very easy.

Every one have a good day.

Mornin' chicks,

Last workday for me then I'm off until the weekend. Get to spend some time with Mom. I feel badly that I'm away while she's here but she said she's having a good time. We take her back in a week. Last night I came home, ate and then worked on some special stuff for the store. That about killed the evening. Had a restless night after that. I think today is payday so it will be nice to have a few extra bucks Yesterday was a day when alot of odd fellows came into the store. One nice but rather out of it lady insisted on trying to find a card from another popcorn store somewhere in the state whose name she could not remember had some flavors similar to ours but different and were we part of that group ( ) and did I know what flavors they carried and why could she not find the card in her purse? I politely listened for a few minutes, gave her a taste sample or two and then quietly returned to putting labels on stock bags. Another lady came in and said she wanted some popcorn but only had 2 dollars. I was willing to shell out the change for the balance from my pocket but she wandered out of the store and returned about 30 minutes later with a 10 dollar bill - said she found her husband and purchased the most expensive flavor we had It was a fun day.

Annie - sorry that Dad hit a speed bump - glad they were able to catch what could have been a big problem. Such cute pictures of the baby and Sassy. You have so much cuteness in your life now Sounds like you are getting a break at work now - hope it stays that way. The new personable human bosses boss you have is no doubt on her way out because unfortunately they don't keep good people like that in corporate anymore Enjoy her while you can

Michelle - good luck with the packing. Stuff takes up so much more room when it's in large brown boxes. I hope to never have to deal with that ever again.

I went into the garage to look for some mailing labels and I was reminded that I REALLY need to tackle some unpacking. I have neglected that all summer bad girl that I am.

Mel - bonjour back to you. What a great place to have coffee and chat up the day (today's graphic picture). I'll bring the frappachinos, you bring the croissants. Yes, it is time to change up the closet, isn't it? Now I just wear jeans and t-shirts and winter means I wear a long sleeved T under my short sleeved one - so much easier

Laura - hope you remembered your make-up bag. I could not imagine being at work bare faced. Not that I am made up like a drag queen (how can we NOT have a clown smilie in the list???? ) but I like at least some foundation. I would have been running to pick up some basic stuff at Osco

Happy Birthday to you Miss Turtle - hope you have a lovely day

Shad - your evening plans sound as wonderful as the fruit and cheese dessert yesterday. Hope you have a great time and don't get too tipsy killing time between the performance and getting off of work. We await a review.

Ok chicks, time to wash the 2,000 body parts and get on with the day. Happy happy to you all

Just a quick hello. Been in meetings all day and finally getting to eat lunch. Had a very nice time with Patty yesterday. She had a nice weather day to see some sights in the city, and then we met at the train station after I left work. We rode the train to my station and walked (most of the way) to my house and off we went in the car to a nice restaurant the next suburb over. Attached is a photo at the restaurant.

Back to catching up with work.

Morning all.

Ellen- Sorry you're feeling down. Just try for little changes for the better to get you back on the right path.

Patty - Safe travels! I've had little excuse to get to TX since my sil & nephews come back here at least once a year & i no longer travel for work, but I may just have to get down there for a visit with you!

Annie , such cute picks of the little guy & sassy! Ooh, like your hens & chicks in that planter. Lol re the rooster!! How's your dad??

Happy - Enjoy hanging out w/ your mom for the next week. Like the stories of the characters who come into the shop. I guess I must feel comfy in my skin - I was alright with my naked face & didn't bother to scurry to buy makeup, but I was happy that I had some lipstick to wear!

Mel - Another great photo! Keep 'em coming!

Shad - How was the Vienna Boys Choir? They sure came a long way to entertain you!

Ceejay - have a great time in Springfield/Branson visiting the family.

Hi Michelle - Come on up for some air sister!!
--
Nothing new to report from here. Didn't do much if anything last night , and I skipped the movie because I wasn't in the mood. Sorted thru the mail, doctored up my veg curry - better.

Alright, gonna post this before I lose it! Cheers!

Just got in from the choir night. It was lovely. Some beautiful voices in that lot and such power from some. Their conductor was a nutcase but then I guess if you are looking after 24 or 48 boys from about 8 to about 14 then you'd be a bit of a nutcase as well. Voice like angels, angelic little faces, but I bet there's mischief in there as well.

Bed calls. It's way past my bedtime. I'll never get up in the morning.

Mel - you snuck in on me! Only see a red x in today's post. Yeh, sounds like a letter is in order to make people more careful with those alarms. Yay for pedaling. My pedaling days will soon be over for the season and then I'll be walking. I wanted to wear my pedometer the other day and the !@#$% battery was dead! Grrr. Love your "I hate spiders" avatar!!

Ceejay - 10-4 good buddy. :P How corny was that.

Shad - Glad you enjoyed the choir. I can only imagine the type of individual who voluntarily herds around all those boys, and all the mischief and trouble they could get into!!!
