Hello to all of you.I am trying a new approach to the dieting thing.I have been doing w.w. on and off since Sept 2002 and have lost 20 lbs.I have fallen off a few times and got back up.I do like the plan and will go back to following it when I get a bit closer to my goal,which is 40 lbs away.So I am going to start tommorow after my weigh in, SLIMFAST exclusively.I have been walking 3 or more times a week and would really like to pump up the progress.In 6 weeks it is Memorial day weekend and I turn 34.I am hoping to drop 15-20 lbs by then.I am a SAHM of 3 kids and could use some motivation,friends and support.Anyone interested in starting this 6 week challenge with me please post or e-mail direct at
