Sherry-You are doing awesome, as are everyone else!! I forget-what plan are you doing? I am still kind of following WW, although I have been eating too much at night. I actually prefer the way my face looks right now at this weight, even though my pants are a tiny bit snugger than they were at 5 lbs smaller. I am just mainly trying to keep up my running to keep my bottom half in shape.

Carol-These Atkins girls will cheer you on!! Keep on posting!!

Jeanne-I enjoy reading your posts first thing in the mornings.
I am such an early riser. I get up at 4:00, so I couldn't possibly read any late night posts.

Had a migraine yesterday, and after I got home (had to first do all the chauffering around though), I got in bed, and didn't turn on the computer at all last night.

I will be so glad when this school year is over. I finally looked to see when my last day is, and it is June 13, if I get everything done that I need to before then. Looking forward to the month of rest!!

Have a great day, and love to all!!

Shelley,

I'm not really following a plan.I can't do Atkins because I'm not a big meat eater and I have to have PASTA!

What I've been doing is watching my portion sizes, (I'll eat what I cook for my family, but small helpings with no seconds) walking, exercising and drinking that WATER!!!!!! :D I'm also trying to eat more salads & fruits.

Do you think if I posted my daily menu, you or the others could tell me if I'm doing anything wrong? I'm so afraid that somedays I'm not eating enough and when I do eat more on certain days, I'll gain this weight back.Would you help me with this?

Thanks...EVERYONE have a great OP day!! Let's see if I can make it through day 19 being OP!!!!!!!!!

Shelley, I hope your migrane is gone and you are feeling better today. You really amaze me with all of your running!

Sherry, why don't you post what you are eating on the Easter thread? Personally, I like to punch up the amount I'm eating every third day or so. I think you have to keep your metabolism guessing! LOL If you eat the same things and the same amounts day in and day out, I think it causes your metabolism to go into a stall. That is just my humble opinion!

Have a good day everyone!

GREAT IDEA RAMONA!!!! It never occurred to me to stagger my daily menu!

Sher: Yes, please do post on the Easter thread your food choices!!

Shelley: I hope the head is feeling better today! Heres a {{{HUG}}}

Carol: Great job!!! Keep posting!!!!

Dee: How's Mom? Did you ever get the pics?

Jeanne: Your doing SUPER!!

To all of my other Floozie friends: I hope your staying OP and life is treating you well!!

Pond update!!!!! My nieghbors dog decided to go "swimming" in our little pond. Let's just say that a 60-70 pound German Shepard can do a fair amount of damage to a small water garden!!! So, last night we drained 500 gallons of water OUT of the pond, then I had to jump in and rebuild all of the sides up with the rock again! She had also jumped around on the filter and fountain, so we needed to fix that... So, we refilled and will wait and see if she decides to come visit again in the next few days! :dizzy:

Urgent Plea

Could any of you ladies help us out? Over on the exercise thread we are making our way from Shelley's in Fort Myers Floriday over to Sherry and Debbie's in Nashville,Tennessee. We are counting any physical activity since the beginning of the year. Like pond digging Gayle....lol. WE ARE EVEN GOING THROUGH kENTUCKY TO GET TO MY PLACE. Ramona we won't be far from your place either......Count up your hours decide on the intensity of your activity and then post it for us over there. I will figure out the rest.

10 minutes heavy intensity = 1 mile eg...biking, jogging, etc
20 minutes moderate intensity = 1 mile eg...heavy raking, pond building, tilling the garden, volley ball, basket ball
30 minutes light intensity = 1 mile eg... vacuuming, window shopping, playing with the kids

Can we make it to Sherry and Debbie's before the Easter Bunny? We should be able to if we add up activity since the beginning of the year. I am sure you all have vacuumed since then! :D

BE A SPORT AND HELP US OUT.......OR I AM GONNA HAVE TO CALL PATCH OVER HERE AND LET HER GIVE US A WHOPPIN.

I reckon if you all have vacummed once a week for 30 minutes, since January 1 you have donated 14 miles each. Now I know that you did more than just that....couldn't have watched tv the whole time....who likes to shop?

gdeann 04-04-2003 01:38 PM

WHOA!!!!! Dee???? Where's Kansas in this whole plan??? Does that mean I'm left out and I don't have to exercise????

Deelite 04-04-2003 02:03 PM

Oh yeah Gayle You do......can't get off that easy. Even if it is lifting 500 ponds of gravel.....lol This is a group thingie and we all hauled you to Shelley's to start. We are great friends we aren't leaving anybody behind. We all get to tour together. Just you guys don't want to get here in to much of a hurry we had a big dump of snow last night. All the snow was gone for about 2 weeks and now we must have got 10 inches. You guys might just have to purchase snow shoes as you get closer to here.

Sherry 04-04-2003 05:29 PM

STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE GO TO #3................A New Thread Has Been Started!!!!!!!!!!!!! :spin:
