Thought I would start a weekly weigh-in thread here ... a little different than we used to do where I posted everyone's wt each week ... now you just post your own weigh-in whichever day you weigh in on. I started it for Monday thru Sunday ... so whatever day your weigh-in is on that is the day you would post. You could post your starting wt/present wt/and goal wt (if you wish) or just post whether you lost or gained or stayed the same - anyway you wish to put it down. But please do post .. it's good to see it down in black and white ... hope to see some postings this week!
I changed my weigh-in day from Thursday to Wednesday since the 1st day of 2003 fell on a Wednesday. Here is my stats for this week:
