I am following Intuitive Eating, eat when hungry, stop before full, eat what you want, and eat slowly. Of course trying to keep it healthy, we are walking for the moment, we own 3 retail stores and are going to market at the end of June so trying to walk and build up stamina to be able to walk for long distances, you walk A LOT at market. Now, I have just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, my glucose is more or less borderline for diabetes and they are treating me like a diabetic, so I got my meter today and have to check my fasting blood sugar in the morning. Not sure what I was thinking! Talk about self-sabotage *sigh* been OP since then and eating a lot of fish cause you can't go wrong with fish
