TGIF. Day's gotten away from me.
Shad - Glad you're a happy camper at work in spite of it all. Mmmm, homegrown tomatoes. Reminds me, I need to get out and buy some veg seeds for my garden if I'm gonna do seedlings this season. I want to do tomatoes, green beans, cilantro & basil. I really should try some lettuces or maybe spinach??? I think it just might work - we've got Coal around to keep the rabbits at bay.
Ceejay - Sorry to hear you've got another sinus/ear infection!!

Hope the meds knock it out quickly. I bet you're glad to have your computer back with you.
Mel - Hope you're feeling more "right" today. Enjoy the sun while you have it!!
Michelle - Sounds like now that you're feeling better your motivation is coming back, and that keeping it simple is the route you're taking. I don't usually research diets, but I'm sure the good (i.e., sensible) ones all propose fresh produce, lean proteins, whole grains and avoiding bad fats & sweets and the refined/processed crap. Wow, you got a lot of sleep last night - and I'm sure your body is thanking you for it today!!

Brrr, not shorts weather for me!
Annie - Hope the mammo is going smoothly and not too painful. Enjoy your weekend. Sounds like a wonderful plan, and chock full of family time! Have fun. Mmmm, lasagna.
Hellos to Happy & Ellen!
Circuit class was good yesterday - and sweaty. Didn't help that I forgot my towel and water, but I survived.
Tomorrow I have a hair appt in the AM and then lunch w/ some HS friends in the afternoon. Should be fun.

Gonna try and ignore my lazy Sunday morning tendencies and go to an exercise class - I'm trying for 3 cardio per week. Otherwise, no other firm plans. I want to finish sewing my convertible mittens. I would, however, be perfectly content to not have to wear them until December!!! As usual there's laundry and house cleaning and grocery shopping to do. And of course walks with my doggy.

Oh yeah, Michelle, I'm very familiar w/ mud season! Paw-wiping towels ready and waiting.
Everyone enjoy their weekend!
