
I got the pregnancy question once. i wanted to cry.
brokengently, my calorie count is the same range. I don't worry too much bout the protein, sodium n such. I'm sooooo not a salt person so if anything is too salty I don't eat it.
I did excellent yesterday. didnt pass 1300 calories and did my zumba (my instructor is hysterical!) and about 20 minutes on the stationary bike. this morning i had my coffee and decided to do 100 jumping jacks.

I have already lost 3lbs officially. I guess it's a good start. Am going to start adding in exercise from Saturday when I get back to my house from my parents, am looking forward to it, have been in a sort of limbo waiting to start my plan properly. But am so ready to get rid of this 80lbs FOREVER!
Good to see other's progress who are similar weights and heights.
