15kg - good for you Vanessa!!

Sorry to hear about the joints Von. I had trouble with my shoulder and had to get an injection into it a few months ago, has been good since thank goodness.

I was 63.7kg today, BMI 22.6. Feeling okay although haven't exercised since my trip to Aus - still on weird sleeping schedule! Didn't lose much weight in August but still trending down slowly so have to be happy with that. Really don't need to lose any more weight but would like to get under 60 just for the he11 of it haha. Need to get something done to my eyelids and neck which are saggy-baggy but am big chicken. Might at least have an appt and see what they say.

oooo scary surgery. Well done for being 63. I got there but have jumped another 3kg just in the past 3 weeks. grrrr

beginning tonight (even though bacon and eggs for tea) I am starting to be a little more careful in not so much WHAT I eat but the times that I eat. I need to be more consistent. AND I have a bad habit of late night snacking.

I have become complacent too... eating out on the weekends - not caring what I choose... Thinking that the scone with jam and cream is ok because you havent had one like in forever but combined with the chocolate the other day and the caramel latte last night ... I have gained 1.8kg the last fortnight combined... and I dont think I have done too well this week so far, so I probably going to report another gain next week... boyfriend's birthday is this weekend and we have 3 celebration meals out!!! Not good for getting back on track.... on a more positive note... actually went into the gym that I have been thinking about joining... child care is just the issue (wondering aloud- should I ask new boyfriend? Thinking of just asking parents for now though)

Pretty lucky here where the local gym has a fenced area for kids to play and lots of toys, and gym balls. Still have to supervise yr child but they happily play without much drama

Can't find a gym with child care on site? I wouldn't leave the kid with new bf but I am suspicious type!

I met a guy at Oktoberfest the other night at the local brewery (man, I can pick em!) and we went out for dinner Sat night. He's nice, we'll see if anything further happens

Hi everyone! I'm still trying to lose weight... still with Jeff, its been more than 4 months now!!! We went away for a week to Terrigal in September - very romantic - and I got more exercise than on my honeymoon with ex husband LOL We are planning another weekend away for mid November - cant wait!!!

Ex husband has been up to his games. Refuses to take my son to his baseball games, stopped his payment for my son's swimming lessons. So I didnt allow my son to see him the past weekend. He had his first baseball tournament, and he really wanted to go. I sent my ex husband two emails, left a message on his phone and he ignored them. I have 100% custody, but allow my son to visit his dad alternate weekends. Made my ex husband rethink ignoring my son's wants. My exhusband is now having my son this weekend, which was one of my suggestions in the first place! Drama! Anyway we have mediation starting again! Hope it resolves everything!

My weightloss has plateaued but I am juggling working full time and being heaps busy with my son, dating and eating out. I have no time lately for intense outdoor exercise with my PT. But I am proud of what I have achieved this year!

Good for you Vanessa, sounds like things are going well.

It's only been 6 or 7 weeks and it has been rocky with my man. I am constantly swaying between ditching and staying, and then he'll be totally lovely and I get sucked in again The main problem is beer.. he likes it a lot more than a) I do and b) I think he should. I don't think he has an alcohol "problem", I just don't like drinking all the time. Plus just about every disagreement has been the result of intoxication. Sigh. He is really sweet and lovely when he doesn't drink too much.

We'll see - he has been stressed out with his work situation but is starting a new job soon that will keep him busy with construction-type stuff 7 days a week, so maybe that will be good for him.

Am getting a lot of exercise under the sheets if not in the gym (!!) so wt is stable around 62-66kg. I am not counting any type of calories anymore and really not worrying about it, although I do weigh in very often to keep an eye on it and I do cut back if my pants feel tight!

Relationship is still good, we just celebrated Christmas with each other's families. Weightloss has plateaued... once again it will be the new year's resolution.

I hope everyone is good and well. How are you all going with the weightloss and relationships?
