I checked and didn't see a new thread started, so I guess I will post here.
I'm not on Day 14. I'm on a roll.
During the days I have read my book, I have tracked my food and I have been honest with myself.
That darn scale has not done all that much, but I have kept my mind on the goal and the program. I realize that immediate results are just not available to me, it takes hard work and perseverance in order to reach that goal.
I finished my weekly tracker yesterday and start a new one today. I managed to stay within the guidelines of the WW program for one entire week, that is amazing for me, so I am truly getting on track.
I hope to finally get back to a WW meeting tomorrow and step up on that scale and accept the end result. Don't know if there will be a loss, according to their scale and my last weigh in with them, but I know in my heart that I am doing the right thing and working hard.
