Hi Ladies,
It's time to get this show on the road. We need to start this challenge. I started mine on the other thread because I wasn't sure we could do two threads at once, but now I know we can so I am moving it here.
I have already lost one pound of my 8 pounds I plan to lose before Christmas. So today I start at 170 and will lose 7 more by Dec. 25th. I will post each Friday.
Nov. 15, 168, way to go, I can do this!
Nov. 22, 168, no progress!
Nov. 29, 169, going in the wrong direction, this is my first gain since starting on this diet last March! the day after thanksgiving is a bad time for a weigh in. today I have to make a new commitment to losing weight - I will get back on track - I will lose weight! no more cheating - no more taking the day off of my diet!
Dec. 6, 168, Well I managed to undo the damage, but now to make some progress!
Dec. 15, 168, Oh well, I guess I should be happy, because I've been showing increases on the scales during the past week, but have finally ended up, back where I started! At least I am not gaining, but I am struggling to maintain. Maybe that is enough during the holidays!
Dec. 19. 167 - Those scales are finally moving, be it ever so slowly!
Dec. 25, End of Challenge weight
Come on everyone join me, we can do this, All it takes is STAYING ON PROGRAM and working towards our goals. We can do this. One meal at a time, one day at a time, one week at a time. Stay focused on the goal - 7 lbs by Christmas, I can do it, no more bad eating days! and LOTS more exercise! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US, WE CAN DO THIS!
