Default ten pounds at a time - Christmas challenge

Hi Ladies,

It's time to get this show on the road. We need to start this challenge. I started mine on the other thread because I wasn't sure we could do two threads at once, but now I know we can so I am moving it here.

I have already lost one pound of my 8 pounds I plan to lose before Christmas. So today I start at 170 and will lose 7 more by Dec. 25th. I will post each Friday.

Nov. 15, 168, way to go, I can do this!

Nov. 22, 168, no progress!

Nov. 29, 169, going in the wrong direction, this is my first gain since starting on this diet last March! the day after thanksgiving is a bad time for a weigh in. today I have to make a new commitment to losing weight - I will get back on track - I will lose weight! no more cheating - no more taking the day off of my diet!

Dec. 6, 168, Well I managed to undo the damage, but now to make some progress!

Dec. 15, 168, Oh well, I guess I should be happy, because I've been showing increases on the scales during the past week, but have finally ended up, back where I started! At least I am not gaining, but I am struggling to maintain. Maybe that is enough during the holidays!

Dec. 19. 167 - Those scales are finally moving, be it ever so slowly!

Dec. 25, End of Challenge weight





Come on everyone join me, we can do this, All it takes is STAYING ON PROGRAM and working towards our goals. We can do this. One meal at a time, one day at a time, one week at a time. Stay focused on the goal - 7 lbs by Christmas, I can do it, no more bad eating days! and LOTS more exercise! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US, WE CAN DO THIS!

OK I weighed in at 222.5 last week, haven't weighed yet this week - will do on Saturday morning. I would like to lose another 10lbs before Christmas. Am probably being too adventous, but if you don't aim high you don't get.

Only I can make this happen !!

5/11 - 222.5lbs
16/11 - 224lb - oops!!
19/11 - 221.5lbs - (first 10lbs off - again !!!!!!)
26/11

I am in for the challange also. I lost 10 pounds this last month and want to lose more! I weigh in every other Friday and today was my weigh in day.


November 15: 210

November 29:

December 06:

December 20:

December 25:

December 31: 199 or less

I have been averaging 2 miles a day on the treadmill and plan on pushing it to 4 miles a day with areobics each day also. I am off to walk in a few, good luck to all of us!

Alright..i'm in almost back to where i started this time i'm going to change my lifestyle for good i'll weigh in on Friday's. 5 weeks = goal 10lbs.

Nov 15th.....168lbs.
Nov 22nd.....169.5lbs this morning can't tell a lie
Nov 29th......forgot to weigh (on purpose )
Dec 06th......170.5lbs help!!
Dec 13th......169lbs (what a relief )
Dec 20th......
