Good morning all...

My money problems just seem to be getting worse...things are very, very tight, and I am sick...partly mad at myself, because I should be smarter with my money...I should be trying to improve my life, and instead, I seem to keep messing it up more...all of it isn't my fault...I fell behind this summer, trying to help out LOSER, and once you are behind it is very hard to get caught up...
I will think of something...I thought about trading in my car... but I don't know if I can, and if I did if that would even help...I need a solution to all this crap going on in my life, but there doesn't seem to be a simple solution to anything anymore. I am really worried abd I need to think of how to best handle this...Any suggeations???

ran 2.5 miles last night, it felt so good to run...

Saturday was fun...I love to dance...I seem to do alot of that lately...I guess I feel like I have alot to dance about.

Sue- I am sorry about the car...they can be testy little things can't they?

I keep saying that i am going to sell my body but there wold be no takers!! i just keep on praying that some thing will come about. one thing that can be done is consumer credit counseling they will help get you ona budget and get your debitors to agree to less money and you pay them only not any one and they will stop the harassing phone calls. it works and it is good as long as you keep up with the payments. call them and check them out. there are some on lne ones but do not settle with any of them and DO not go through a lwayer unless you plan on geoing bankrupt.

Hi everyone.

I agree with Sue Credit people can help. Looking for free stuff to do around the town. Don't take your credit cards with you when you go out. If you do have credit cards, shop around for lower rate ones but watch the small print. Do not buy anything you don't need. Is teh bad boy paying support? If not do what needs to be done to get him to pay. He's making you miserable already so why not?

Sue how are you doing? I know you are busy. Has teh new job helped your money worries? I hope so you deserve some time w/o things to worry about. How are the kids and DH?

Pam waher are you girl? Hope things are well.

Hello chickees!

Well I have thought of Consumer credit counseling...I may check that out. I talked to two of my creditors yesterday, and gave them a payment schedule...I did this online so hopefully they will accept it..if not I will try something else???

Workout was good last night...Mostly just walked...then did the GIN workout they had in fitness magazine...OUIE it hurt, but I liked it....really got my heart pounding...There was a boot camp workout in there as well, I am going to try it too, and then an ab and butt workout I would like to try too...It was a good issue...

Well Ladies...it's Independence Day for me! 2 months LOSER free...I am celebrating tonight by kissing the first cute guy I see I am joking...but hey it is something to celebrate! Being strong is wonderful...he himself does not look so good...I have lost weight, and I feel beautiful...he has gotten fat, and yucky looking! I love it! Yes, we have been to court about child support, but I don't know what they ordered him to pay, and I don't know if he has started paying yet, or even when I will recieve it if he has paid...I guess I need to check that out, and see what they decided...

Well ladies have an excellent Day! Pam, Lee, Terri, Dana....WHERE ARE YOU???

Well Happy Anniversary! You are a better woman, no matter how hard some things have become!!!

I saw that w/o in Fitness mag. And the seal w/o. The thing in that article that has stayed with me was something about the effort people put into things. Boy I have alot more effort that needs to be enlisted! That is my goal today. Push myself to do a few more reps!

I am so sore today....

Just a little song for you ladies this morning...

I am so sore! That GIn workout about killed me...and I gotta do it again tonight! But it's worth it! I am seeing results, and I am so happy...I haven't lost anymore weight, but I have definitly lost inches...these shorts I have been wearing all summer, and now I can pull them off without unbuttoning them I also have muscles poppin g up in my legs , and I have a line at the top og my stomach ...Life is good.

you are right Pat, it is all about effort. Before, i was only putting half effort into my weight loss...after my break up, I have the time and the energy to change my life, and I realize just how important it is to me to get into good shape! NOt because I want another man, but because I like looking good..I like the compliments, and the attention, and the huge raise I have had in my self esteem....now I realize I am worth it, and because I am I make sure I take that 1 hour-2 hours a day for myself...because I deserve it...

If you get brave try the GIN workout...but beware...you won't be able to move the next day...

OK girls what magazine is this?? I need to go and get it!! I am headding to the store and looking right now and if i find it i wll be starting it.

I am going to endter the BFL this week (last time for this year) I have restarted my workouts but with such limited time i am using the BFL challenge as a gosl maker not all the time using the bfl workouts. i have only 30 min on the average tow orkout so i need to compact my workouts but if i use it as a goal maker then i can do it. so off i am to start

you gusy have really gotten me pumped. I have been here but just peeking in to see what is up (today is my day off and i have so much to do. i am getting a foreign exchange girl from germany starting on monday and i need to get this trashed house back in order. it has been trashed ever since mike moved in this spring and it was imaculate up till then now i was compteteing with 2 teenagers at home all day long now i have one that is running in and out and 1 that is working frequently and ruinning the other kids as able when i am not there and i am on the run al the time (hence the scarece moments for me) swim team mon - wed and sats and boy scouts on thursdays so that elaves only friday nights for me. so needless to say i am a bit scarce but i am here!! I do pop in and read daily!!

Good evening chickees!

I walked my 2 miles, and still have my GIN workout to go...

LOSER drove by with his HO cousin while I was out walking with TRINI...she waved the witch...I was madder that she waved than I was that he was breaking his DVO and drove by, I did nothing though, just watched them go by....LOSERS.

Well chickees, Just dropped in to say Hi...se you tomorrow!

Melody.... how very proud I am of you!!!!!! Had she waved at me I would have laughed loudly and walked off.
I have been mostly sleeping for day's I hope that doesn't mean another years of lack of sleep! LOl
We have refinanced the house and found out we were a month ahead on house payments so I wont' have to worry about that until January! God is busy, busy , busy in our lives!
What funds we have will be squeeking over the next few months but we have certainly been through worse so no big deal. All is well and I am just beginninmg to wake up after days of sleeping most of the time. I have been put on Hormone and as I was warned my weight raised a bit so in reality it appears I have remained the same. He took me my weight loss may slow down quite a bit so I will have to work harder. Fair enough. So that is what is going on here.

Itis so nice to see that people have checked in!!

Not much new here. Haven't been feeling 100% in the past few weeks. I am blaming that for not working out along with the usual excuses.

Good evening chickees...

Food was good today, water was better, but not good...today was my day off from exercise, so I took a nap. I went to the apple orchard today with my 4 year old. We had a good time.

I took Christian to karate tonight, and talked to that guy that likes me that works there. He seems really nice, but it is so hard to tell...people never are what they seem...once bitten, twice shy I guess...

Other than that, nothing new.

Tomorrow I will do the boot camp workout...
timed...situps, push ups, ...and a one mile run timed...then I will walk another mile, and do some crunches...that's the plan anyway...

You ladies have a good day tomorrow...I will try to check in...

I just got your message about boot camp melody

On the low carb board we are doing a month long boot camp

it is self imposed and self made goals. but it is a daily or close to it check in to get our selves back OP. i have been bad.

one thing besides bing sick and taking psudophed i finally realized that i was too low on potassium. it reccomends to take 4 tables of it in the beginning and for the first few weeks. i was wondering why i felt like my legs were hanging behind me. so up the potassium ofr a few days for me.
