  • I don't have a mileage goal. I have a time goal. My goal is to increase my walking time by two minutes every day until I reach 60 minutes. I started out tonight by walking 16 minutes (8 minutes out, 8 minutes back.)
  • Sherry you are amazing. I can't believe that you can make such neat banners. I have no idea how you do it.
    My goal for the month is 100 miles.

  • Hi girls

    I posted my goal for October yesterday, but now it's not here. Wonder what forum I posted on. Oh well, here it is again!! My goal for this month is to walk 25 miles. May not sound like much to some of you but it's a start for me. I'm excited about it, I feel 100% better when I walk everyday.

  • Walked 21 minutes today...that's a five minute increase rather than a two, but that's how long it took to walk to the store and back.
  • Jennelle it is nice to see you posting here. You did wonderful today. That's great it is more than your goal was.

    Debbie your goal of 25 miles is quite an accomplishment. Remember that we all have to set our goals to what is best for ourselves.
