Thanks for the welcome back. Where have I been hiding, Red? In a cave, I think. I am working on that though. With any tool I can use. I hear you on how to find the middle ground. Always an issue - putting enough pressure/expectation on myself, without putting so much that I go into panic mode. It's tough. My thoughts are with you.

I still am not sure what I want to do for my first challenge or challenges. I am having to take baby steps in a lot of areas, to slowly regain ground I have lost. I went out and tried jogging for hte first time in a year. I had to do week one of a 10 weeks to your first 5k, and only a distance of a mile. Sad really, but I had been so afraid to even try. It felt really good, and I can't wait to go again.
Anyhow. That's all for tonight. I am trying to not skimp on sleep. I moved recently, so my commute to work is a tad longer, so I get up even earlier (lovely).

But, I now rent a duplex, with a nice yard. Nice break from big apartment complex. Also closer to family. I never would have thought that would be a benefit, but surprisingly it is
