My offical WI was today and I was actually down 1.8 lbs. I guess I did well enough the rest of the week to make up for Memorial day.
Challenges are done for the day! We got a new Wii game - "Walk It Out". The kids and I played this morning - it was great fun! I polished off my 10 minutes in no time. When I finished, it showed the stats and showed that I had walked 1 mile!
I followed it up by a few sets of dumbell curls for my arms. I always hate to exercise, but I forget how much better I feel when I do!Hope you all have a great day!
