lo carb challenge 8/26

  • Well lets try this again.

    My first goal is to do better than I did last week.

    Work out 3 times this week.
    get my water in
    Plan and prepare my meals.
    Take this more seriously
    Keep my goals in sight.

    I turn 40 12/1. I would like to weigh 200# on my birthday. That is 35 # to go. I don't think that is realistic though. Played around too long. But we will see.
    Then my DH and I are going to nashville in feb. Being under 200# would be cool. So I have some things to keep in my mind.

  • Well I actually worked out yesterday. I must admit it felt pretty good. Planned my meals and did ok until bedtime when I ate the last piece of cake.
    So-
    b- yougurt, kashi and mixed fruit
    l chef salad
    d- turkey baked beans vegs.
    cake ice cream UGH

    But tthe cake is gone. Thank God

    30 mins treadmill , ab work and warm up
    3 quarts of water.
    Off to Tues!

    b- 2 eggs and cheese

    d- yougurt, fruit and kashi go lean
    s- sf jello and cool whip
    3 quarst of water
    walked on my lunch hour 35 mins

    Had less cravings!

    NO CAKE!!
  • Hi all, Well today could have been better. We went to a training and I caved. Got my water in.
    I am not going to stress it
    and will be back on trat tomorrow

    I saw soem positive movement in teh scale!
    Striving to get back to 229# next goal!

    I must focus
    Get my water in eat what I plan to
    workout.
    Manage my stress.
    Keep my short term goal in front. 229#
    10# to go
    Long term goal 200#.

    My goals are to drink 64 ounces of water a day....

    and weight train twice before sunday.

    I will weight train tonight and maybe on Saturday...

    Small changes equal big results...I have to get back to the basics!

    B- yougurt, bran toaster muffin
    l- grilled chicken sald
    d- slim jims, bran toaster muffin (Bad planning)
    3 quarts of water.

    worked out for 45 mins treadmill, bike and stairmaster
    boy am I out of shape

  • DId nothing yesterday....DS had karate, and I took my youngest 2 to see their grandparents...BUt that was the first day off I have had in awhile...

    plan on doing something today....weight trainning maybe....drink lots of water
  • Well teh week is over and I did much better this week than last. Saw the scale move to teh left 3#'s which was nice. Probably water but I'll take it any way I can.

    Today was so, so,...

    I am on vacation next week. I went grocery shopping got teh good food stuff.
