Hi eveyone.

Just a quick hello, as I have to go to work.

Yup SusieQ I have been working the 3-11 shift. On Wednesday I am back to 7-3. I am completely exhausted and losing my mind. This morning I woke up about 3am because I could smell something stinky, (like just fresh dog poop), and I rolled over to make sure hubby's depends product was put on properly. :rofl: I of course will never tell him that. Never did figure out what the smell was, but it woke me up 3 times. Hubby thought that it was a skunk outside the window. I hope that you are not to tired doing your extra shifts at work.

I must run and get supper in the crock pot. I'll BBL

just thought I would stop in here while I had the chance.....the boys are at school and Tommy and Marissa went and did some running around! it is nice having the house to myself!!!!

Tommy called his cousin last night to see if what time he wanted him to meet him at his house, and his cousin told him that he could take the lay off and collect unemployment since right now things are slow and next week is looking like rain all week!

SuzieQ~ It is looking like I might be pregnant again.....even though I had my tubes tied right after Marissa was born.

gotta grab something to eat my tummy is hungry after cleaning the house!

...Susan...guess I kinda got tired of talking to myself here, no one really posted till you came back... but didn't come here much anyway. After not coming here for so long I forget to come. I lurk around the boards/threads but...I don't know...thinking my 3fc days may be coming to an end slowly but surely.

And the weight loss and exercise is just the same old boring crap..tired of doing it, tired of talking about it...blah! Just wanna be lazy and fat I guess. Anyway...

Hello chickies...
Not lots going on here today. DH and I went to a couple garage sales this a.m. as he is looking for tools. We didn't buy a thing. :) Then Mom and I went to Wal-Mart to pick up some things. I did some laundry (still love the new washer/dryer) and cleaned the kitchen. See...like I said nothing but the same old same old stuff. LOL

Cristina- We have to pop in here from time to time just to keep up with everyone. I am like you, I get tired of even talking about weighing in...it is just a battle at times. But hey, we can still gab.

stopping by before going to bed......nothing really special on the plans for this weekend.....we are laying low since we are going to Ohio next weekend for Tommy's best friend's wedding.

Mindee--Teri is using the Mirena form of birth control--she had one scare, but turned out she wasn't pregnant, just the bloating, breast tenderness etc that comes with a normal period that she didn't get due to the Mirena...she loves not having periods. Are you excited/scared...a little of both...

Sue-our washer/dryer were delivered yesterday..I love them..so quiet compared to the 20 year plus old ones. Getting ready to get them was another story...I was just going to paint and he was going to just put in some new valves and hoses...right...hubby took up some of the vinyl squares we had put down and ended up having to replace a part of the floor due to some water damage...we couldn't find matching squares so we had to tear up everything and ended up putting down a piece of new linoleum (sp?)....we got free delivery but weren't quite ready when they came so we did all the hooking up....we left work at one on Thursday to get supplies and started until we could do no more and then finished up on Friday, Teri brought Dominic over as I was finishing putting back the free standing rack we use as our pantry in that area...good thing the mud/room/pantry/laundry area is only 6 X 8.....boy were we tored last night..

Christina--I didn't post much anywhere for a while...just read everyone else's mostly, was so stressed with everything the parents were going through...

Kathy--too funny about your hubby needing his diaper changed....I actually liked the 3-11 shift....I am just not a mornign person even though I have to get up to go to work when the alarm rings before 6 am....

Suzy--finally feeling better, now exhausted from working on the prep for the washer and dryer...I hated working rotating shifts and I don't know how Sassy does the overnight shift....I just finished reading Practical Magic by Alice Hoffman, I pictured Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bulock the whole time...I haven't seen the movie for awhile and I didn't even know there was a book, I picked up a few of hers cause a read one called the Story Sisters...dark and twisty but I liked it, another one of her's went beyond dark and twisty to full on depressing...called Here on Earth. I need to take these back to the library and get some new ones...

Hi Everybody.

I feel like crapola. :barf: At least I only have two nights to work this week!!! YAY! Taking off Tuesday night (9/22) using up the rest of my vacation time as we get our new vacation time dump next month so have to use this or lose it! lol.

Well we're going bowling Friday night for my bday. I didn't really want too but my friends kinda insisted. lol. So shall be fun I guess. lol.......hopefully I will feel better by then. Then Thursday DH & I are going to KY to stay in a hotel that has a jacuzzi in the room! HOO-YEAH! lol. We also plan on going out to eat and maybe going to the Aquarium too. We're doing all that for our Anniversary, which is technically Saturday, but we are celebrating early because we both have to back to work that following Sunday. So hopefully on our Saturday we can just relax around the house. The house is clean so no worries there! lol.

I am currently reading "The Time Travelers Wife" pretty good. Well thats about it from my end.

Sassy--Hope you get to feeling better. Glad you are going to do something fun for your bday!! The anniversary trip sounds awesome. We went to the big aquarium in Cattanooga TN when we were in NC. I miss picking the kids up in NC, so beautiful. I have always wanted to go to the Biltmore Mansion in Asheville, but have never made it.

It's early--Dominic woke me up and went back to sleep. I am not sure what time Teri is coming to get him. She had a paper to get done for one class and a test to study for in another. So glad she quit working at the bar. Need to go to the grocery store, think I am going to make a lentil loaf and baked potatoes...it's kind of chilly here. TOM has came for a visit, feeling crampy along with my other aches and pains. Still hoping my fingernail doesn't fall off where I smashed it--the nail bed is totaly bruised. It's a purply blue combo right now...

well, off to make coffee...

we had a great day yesterday.......we went out to see a guy that Tommy used to work with to get some Coke points.....then we went out to the mall near there and walked around. the kids played and then we took the water way home. we pulled over a couple of times and watched the freighters going by. then we came home and had some dinner.....Tommy went and picked up our friend from work and she offered to watch the kids for us. so we went out to a local carnival and then went bowling.

today we are just hanging out relaxin........I cleaned and mopped the bathroom and kitchen floors. now I am on the computer and hanging out while the kids are supposed to be napping.....we are going to Ohio this coming weekend for Tommy's best friend's wedding.....we are leaving at 6am on Friday morning and will be home on Sunday night. I think we are taking the laptop with us......so I might get a chance to get online, but I might not!

Jules~ I am a little of both right now......I am scared because we are already strapped but we are still floating as far as money. we would have to buy a lot of things again because we gave every thing away when Marissa was done with it. I am actually kind of excited as well because I want to have a baby back in the house! we will know more on Tuesday what is going on.

Mindee-I can see where it would be a little of both, but everything seems to work out--will bee waiting to see what you find out. Have fun at the wedding. What part of Ohio are you going too? Isn't Sassy in Ohio?? Maybe you two can hook up...

went to the new TJMaxx store they put in near our mall...looking for some long pants for Dominic since the weather is cooling down..I have mostly shorts, I found him two pairs but no shirts, I got a really nice lined basket to sit on the washer for the laundry supplies until hubby builds a new shelf...four new shirts for me and a toy heliocopter for him then we went to Bath and Body Works...I had a free trial size sample and a 20% off coupon and jar candles and plugins were on sale...my house now smells like apples...then finished up at walmart for some groceries and odds and ends...Dominic fell asleep before we got home...he's napping now...I really should join him..Teri will be here before too long to get him...ooohh..she might get her job back at The Children's Place--she doesn't want to be in management though..she just wants to be a regular worker and finish school and she babysits her friends little girl two days a week while the friend is in class. It's the same friend that babysat Dominic for almost 6 months. Her little girl Mela will be 1 in December...Dominic loves her even though he gets a little jealous sharing his Mommy.

well...gonna get off of here and get soemthing done...

I am at work so need to be fast!

Just wanted to sat hi, will chat more tomorrow. Having a good weekend w/ eating, even had the scale go down a bit. Celebrated w/ a slice of cake. haha

Jules~ I agree.....things work out one way or another. I have to remember to pee into the specimen cup in the morning on Tuesday and then take it with me. I am not sure if Sassy is in Ohio or not, I am drawing a blank right now. We are going to be in Chillicothe Ohio.

Well good news is I am feeling better. Bad news is I am at work. LMAO! Oh well only 4.5 hours left of this shift then I only have 11.5 tonight and thats it for this week!! :D

Jules -- I am feeling better TG. I was worried I'd be sick at work all night long, so I am very thankful I am feeling better! ;) Yeah I suppose I'll have fun. lol. I just hardly ever go out anymore so when we do its like pulling teeth for me to go, even if its for my bday! lol. Guess it will be good for me. My TOM is late. She usually comes religiously every 20th, so far nothing. I'm not getting my hopes up because just could be it being irregular again. But we can hope, right!!! :crossed:

Good morning...Laundry day, so I am giving the new set a workout. Actually had to check if it was running ..it is so quiet.
Gloomy and overcast here, so I am going out to ride as soon as I get my beds re-made. Washed the mattress pads so have to wait...and I can not stand to have beds un-made, so it is driving me crazy. LOL
Nothing else I can report here. Things are quiet from all children and "grands." I don't know if that is good or bad...haha.
