Ani that's great that Bunnings is being so supportive of you, really good to hear. I hope you heal quickly
Great to see you back and sounding determined as ever!Keep us posted on your progress Gen, it's great to see you sounding excited and positive
Love the hair too!!Lindor keep your chin up mate! I know it's really bloody hard when you don't have the structure of your working day to keep you on track. Can you maybe set yourself some sort of schedule for while you're off work?
2 weeks ago I hit a 5kg loss at Weight Watchers and ever since then, I've completely lost the plot
I didn't go to my meeting last week because I didn't feel that I'd done enough but unfortunately this week hasn't been any better. I've been out of town all weekend for a conference and I feel like all I've done is eat all weekend. I know that over the past 3 days I've eaten way too much and have allowed myself to eat crap. Consequently, I'm feeling really blah.So as of now, I'm back on plan and I intend to do the following to make sure that I succeed:
* Write down EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth
* Plan my meals in advance so that I don't get tempted to make bad choices
* Stick to my points allowance every day
* Go to the gym 3 times this week at the very least
* Go to my weight watchers meeting this week and face the reality of whatever the scales may say
I'm looking forward to getting back on track! Hope to talk to you all much more too

.
. While I know that's a good result, experience tells me it's mostly water - but the main thing is I stuck to my goals for a week, and managed to get myself back into the headspace I need to be in to continue this journey.
. It's great that you are sounding determined, and thinking about things in a healthy way.
