It definitely gets harder when you are almost to goal. Do you do any strength training? That can make a big difference, plus you're burn more calories w/more muscle. I've been stuck 15-20 lbs from goal for like 1.5 years so I'm trying to step it up.Originally Posted by tymaboy

I'll probably weigh in on Monday & see how it's been going. My "Insanity" dvds should be arriving sometime next week too and I'm hoping that gets the weight to come off more steadily!! But I agree, this site is so motivating!
