I want to be at 160 by Labor Day ~ I may be biting off more than I can chew but ..... I shall try really hard. My second goal would be 165.

OK, I decided to join. As of today, I have decided that the last 10 pounds has got to go. That is my goal for Labour Day. I am also committing to updating this challenge on a weekly basis, and expect some butt kicks if I don't do well. Here's the start:

I think this is a good idea to start this goal. I have not done well with all the traveling we have been doing. I have been going up and down and would like to lose maybe 10 lbs, I think there is enough time to do that. I don't want to set the goal too high or else I may not do well. So anyone else want to join in?

I'll be in Alaska from July 18 to August 1, so I won't start this challenge until I get back. I'll try to lose at least five lbs. during the month of August.

Okay I will start this too. I will post my actual weight next week I will say I would like to lose 10 lbs. That is five a month. Last time I tried to go higher and didn't make it so I will start low. IF I do better than I thought I will change It.
