I am officialy at my lowest weight of 170. I feel so good right now. Plus my sushi was on point last night. This weekend is busy for me. Taking my sissy out for her bday and hten some drinks. Tomorrow is spades at my besties house w/ her fiance and also a cookout before that at my friends and somewhere inthere I have to get some OT and two outdoor runs in....
Tikanique- I know what you mean. SOme days I feel all bad about what I ate when in reality it wasn't bad at all but I didn't workout that day so I somehow feel guilty about it. That was awesome preparation on the pot luck as well. I am funny about them to ...hehe Regancy England Historic novels....hmmm I am gonna have to check those out. Give me a good suggestsion of one to read.
