I've been wanting to weigh myself for awhile, but the only good scale I have access to at the moment is my neighbor's digital. (which I borrow when I go in to walk his dog during the day haha) He's been home all week so I haven't had the chance to. Our scale is always a few pounds off, so it's reading at like 198, but I can't tell if that's accurate or not. I really need to order a new scale... just haven't had room in my budget. Soon, though...

Otherwise, not much going on here... just been hanging out, getting ready to start classes again. Fun times. :p

Sorry I've been MIA - no real excuse, I mean to post and then my ADD kicks in and I get distracted/forget. Oops! :o

Mel - Maybe it's retained water from working with your muscles?? I find that I gain a bit when I've pushed the double stroller a lot, I get sore and then there's a gain. Keep going, and the scale will have no choice but to show you lower numbers!

Liz - Doesn't that drive you nuts not knowing your exact weight?? haha...or am I the only OCD one? Anyhow hope you have a great weekend too!

I know I am below 200 Now & In onederland but I Saw this on here before when I was in the 200's then I could not find it when I was near reaching onederland....So I hope it is ok to hop On & claim My victory even though its been awhile since I reach that goal Plus tell y'all To keep up the great work~I am just housewife & mother.I count calories & exercise....If I can do it anyone can! I use to eat 7000 to 8000 calories a day with no exercise & now I eat 1400 calories daily (til I am toned then I will up them to maintain) & Exercise nearly daily.(at least 6 times a week) SO HANG IN THERE! HUGS*

Lori - Congrats on making it to your goal (actually, past your goal!!)! I can't wait to join you in onederland, although I'll still have a ways to go, it'll be so awesome to see that "1".

thanks y'all~ that means a lot to me ~reaching onederland was a huge goal for me I had to lose 60 pounds to make it there ~so thanks for letting me hop on & celebrate with y'all even though I am way late at hopping on the express LOL!! & goodluck to all~Key is never give up & Keep a support system which 3fc is super for!! Great people on here! Y'all are so close to onerdeland NEVER EVER EVER EVER GIVE UP!

Today is my first day back on track. Back to daily exercise and staying on my diet.Wish me luck and we will see if the scale goes back down by Sat (I am not weighing back in until then). Starting at 216.6 this morning(the other scale said 218.1 so I dunno...lets stick with 216.6 LOL).

Lori-What type of exercise do you do and how long a day?

Morning All ....I AM BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :carrot: We had a great time in FLorida, it rained alot of the time but we still got a little time at the beach and did alot of things indoors ...and yes we did ALOT of eating, so I am very afraid to get on the scale anytime soon ...I can feel that it is probably between 4-6 pds gain , but alot of that may be water ...so we will see

Good to see that there has still been alot of posts on here since I have been on vacation ...too many for me to do personal shout outs but hope everyone has a great day !!

Carri - Welcome back!!!! And if there is a gain, yes you're probably right it would mostly be water, and gone soon! Glad to hear you had a great time, we missed you! :)

Mel - Lots of luck, you'll do great I have no doubt! Also, I'd go with the lower scale number. ;)

As for me, having a good day so far - today is my first day of C25K - I'm planning on doing it on my treadmill tonight. Wish me luck!

OK this is an accountability post....DH just had to have pizza tonight, so I ate two slices of pizza....and that's all I'm having! It's well within my calorie allowance so I can even have a snack later. But I'm done with pizza!!

Liz-2 slices aren't bad esp if you are well within your calorie count. Its awesome that you have so many calories left over that you can have pizza and still have extra! How many calories do you give yourself a day?

I give myself 1500 a day. I always plan at least 2-300 for a snack in the evening, I usually have these flatbread crackers that I get at costco with some peanut butter, and a low calorie hot chocolate. YUMMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So woo hoo, I just did the first workout for C25K - it was awesome!! I feel good - I should have started exercising way before this.

Rtsmme4life ~I have built myself up to walking just indoors usually(due to ashtma troubles) From room to room~ no machines ~2x's A day & I do leg lifts crunches,sqauts,ect. & life weights(2lbs) to tone the problem areas.Also 2 x's a day after each walk...But I started out with walking a little each day ~Anything helps.Then added more As I could~Also some good advice I try to give to encourage people to walk is Walk while u talk(Make a phone call & walk while u talk ) Before u know it 15 to 20 minutes has went by & U have exercised plus talked on the phone.~Goodluck.

Liz- It sounds super yummy! Congrats on starting C25K...I did it for awhile but I am totally not a runner lol I power walk instead of run on the treadmill.
I get 1598 cals right now...I gave myself some goals to do until sat to see if it helps.
Drink 64 oz of water a day (which is harder than I thought) since I was running errands I ended up having to drink the last 33.6 oz 2 hours before bed lol
Do at least a mile a day on the treadmill
Do 3 videos sometime between Mon-Fri
Count everything that goes in my mouth (I have really been slacking there but did it yesterday)
Lose 2 lbs this week (I really hope I do it will be a great boost!)
No soda!
