Pain in the a** I think Vonni!!

I've been off to the doc's today too, had all the girly stuff done and he's told me to go to a podiatrist for my foot problem. I have this itchy blotchy rash on my back, its fungus! Have to treat it with Selsun shampoo!

I hope to be down the 1.8 I was up last week, fingers crossed, but if I'm not I'll be happy with any downward figure!

hey barb - we are the same! we are the same weight fighting the same figure!!! last week i think i put on about 1.2 or something maybe more... i think more - sometimes i like i dont know numbers
good luck - are you counting calories or anything like that?

danni if you really want to see my garden message me your email address and i'll email you - it is so happy and healthy right now EXCEPT that i was on the cross trainer (therefore could not go and chop suey) and the cat was IN benji's carrots in my garden! she was doing her business IN my garden - NOT happy jan.... gross.... therefore must DEFINATELY wash everything that comes out of it now...............

geez i had more to say but daughter is demanding carebears on tv... lucky i taped some and can go and be magic mummy

today we are doing something REALLY cool - i have found a PONY playgroup, where they have 2 ponies the kids can play with! heaps better than me paying to take jem somewhere to play with all the stuff she already has at home... i am NOT getting a horse

Blah, I'm still sick I'm at work today for the first time this week, I'm loaded up on Coldrex and that's making me feel a wee bit better. I'm very snotty though! Such a good look

I'm trying not to spread my bugs so have got fancy tissues that allegedly kill 99% of germs in the tissue and also hand sanitiser which I'm using every time I blow my nose.

Yesterday I was soooo naughty, had a chicken, apricot and camembert pie followed by a strawberry and cream croissant. Holy whopping calorie overload batman!

Had my first fatso class last night - it's to document the 6 months of physician supervised dieting in order to get insurance to pay for lapband. It was kind of dumb - go get weighed in (they told me I was 165.5 cm - I was always 167 - i'm shrinking... at least vertically!!). Then had to read this module about setting goals, and how to eat well and move more (duh), answer a quiz and I was done. They gave me a pedometer, and I have to track my food and activity. I am bad remembering pedometer, but will try. Only did ~3000 steps so far today (it's 6pm!).

Had a massive storm last night, complete with closed roads, tornado warning, loss of cable, flooding etc.. very exciting.

Gen - I am shorter every time I see a new doctor too! What is that about!

Congrats on the 1kg loss Barb!

So, I fell into some sugar free (SF) ice cream last night . . . since I have PCOS I am trying the low GI thing so I bought some. I ended up getting home late from work and pulled that out and some frozen raspberries as I was cooking dinner . . . FIRST MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then as it got progressively more melty and lovely I ended up inhaling far more than is good for anyone!!!

Now, SF foods are hit and miss with me - I stay away from most bcos they can affect your guts in a bad bad bad bad bad bad way. Well, this is what happend at 2.40am . . . needless to say the rest of ice cream went in the bin and I wont be buying any again.

Lesson for self: dont wait til almost 9pm to have dinner again.
