I'm sorry Anna but like Rhonda pointed out there are changes happening and people are noticing. Dude I would weigh 195 if I looked good at it!

Hellz yeah and then some sweaty sexy time?

Bodyflow is a sorta franchise thing. I think any gym can have their teachers get certified in it and then teach it. I used to go a lot in Wilmington at a Gold's Gym. I really prefer just straight vinyasa yoga but it doesn't hurt to mix it up a bit.

For the small small price of putting me and Darcy up for the whole summer. We eat and drool a lot.

I'm very worried about you rotting away in the garage. Damnit, who's going to answer my Indian food questions huh? Gah always thinking about yourself and working out.

I'm glad you and Mike get to do this together.

Rock on sister.
DUDETTES. I. AM. SO. OUT. OF. SHAPE.
I cannot describe the suck that is trying to get back into yoga and running after about 3 months of being the lazy. Most of the suck is me knowing where I was before I slacked off. My hips were so freaking tight tonight at class. I'm going to hurt in places that should not hurt. And well some of you know I need to be loosening those up
I had a good calorie day. Really only had two meals due to the cavity being filled around lunch time. I had pad thai for brunch and a veggie burger and small smoothie for dinner. Noshed on some popcorn after yoga but still quite under for the day.
Tomorrow's plan:
breakfast -steel cut oats with dried cranberries, walnuts and agave
snack - cantaloupe
lunch - not sure. Sister has follow up neuro appointment

here in Charlotte. I'm having lunch with Mom, Aunt, and sis somewhere around here. So probably a veggie sammich or noodle restaurant.
Dinner- Either mexi wraps or plantain fritters and jamaican jerk tempeh - depends on what lunch is and how many calories.
Probably just a dog walk day tomorrow as I have some volunteer stuff to do and I'm not certain I'll be able to stand up straight.
