I had some silly woman, who happens to be a friend, tell me she has developed feelings for me a couple of days ago

. No wonder I ate like a panicked pig yesterday!
Don't worry girls - this Ice Queen has not melted a bit

. I set her very straight and told her that I respect and value her as a friend - and there will never be anything else between us.
You know Vonni, if you find the right person, there's a chance they'll challenge what you associate with s ex. I speak from personal experience, and I am far from resolved on the issue… but I have changed the way I think about it. Not that I'm suggesting Matt isn't the right person - but I suspect that demands for it are just going to trigger stuff. Know what I mean?
Kel! ONLY 80kg? Isn't that a whole lot better than ONLY 99kg? Mate the thing is that by taking it slowly you get the chance to learn new habits, discover what you're doing wrong and fix it - and to make those changes permanent. Yes, you can pick up a shake, drop several kilos, learn nothing - and go right back to those eating patterns that make us fat in the first place. Or you can chip, chip, chip away .
Every kilo we lose and keep off is a MASSIVE achievement, and should never be called "only a kilo". Go and pick up two tubs of margarine, imagine what it takes to make that leave your body - and be really proud of EVERY 'tub of margarine' you lose!
Julia I had one of those days too. Let's just laugh it off and move on… today's a new opportunity to get it right!
Hey Gen - you snowed in? I heard it's going to be -22ºC in Washington tomorrow. Can't remember where you are but I'll take our 40ºC here in Perth over that any day of the week

.
Lindor are you there yet?
