I hear you about the pedometer--just found out the IPhone one won't run at the same time as other "applications", meaning I can't take or receive calls or check my email. (what the heck?) SO, I am still going to buy a real one someday soon. I was saving it for a reward for one of the many dang challenges I am in, once I hit a goal actually!
Day 4 here for me and the best weigh-in day yet--188.8. I worked my tail off for three days, here's hoping the week-end is good to me also.
Hi Apple, we missed you!

Just one reminder--I just read this AGAIN--the cure for low energy and fatigue is exercise (unless there is something actually medically wrong with you). Supposedly, your mitochondria get lazy without you pushing it, and we need to do exercise to have it work better and carry oxygen better, blah, blah, blah. I forget exactly what the article all said, but I got the jist of it--we need to EXERCISE to have increased energy and vitality!! GO TEAM!
Oh wait, we aren't on teams here, are we? See how confused I get b/c I am posting and reading all over the board?
