
Well I think I did ALOT better today with eating all the food thats on the list.
my menu today
Cheerios
hour 1/2 later a fat free yogurt(yummy)
then around 1pm a small veggie salad with a 3" whole wheat bun with lite tuna
then supper time around 6pm I had skinless boneless chicken breast with spinach and zuccini and a few small potatoes
snack tonight I have to have a free exchange yet so might have a fat free fudgesicle
still missing one fruit, but hey way better than what I've been doing.
HM has had sheets of recipes available for us.. one is spinach dip and the other one is yogurt and berry dessert.. so if anyone wants the recipe just let me know and I'll be more than happy to share.
