look at the freakin time! daughter getting me up earlier and earlier! not cool

weight watchers official weigh in today, last week on their scales i was 95kg, on my quick weigh in at home same day i was 95.5kg, it seems thursday is my heaviest day... dont care coz i figure much of a muchness and i should lose weight if i have lost weight doesnt actually matter WHAT number it is

no daycare for jem today and i think she is fixed! no snot this morning and two teeth have cut through so I think she will be a different child from today i hope!!!!

saturday is my 10 year highschool reunion

PerthChick 09-24-2008 05:08 PM

I feel your pain Kel - I have to get up before 5am every day this week for work, and it's still dark.

Good luck with your weigh-in at WW. How much water are you drinking every day? That will make a difference to your weight loss, and to how hungry you feel throughout the day.

It's pouring with rain here - woo hoo!!!

Vonni what's going on? Is it all the stress and tough times you have been through?

I'm having a 'maintenance week'. I find it really hard to focus when I'm working these hours, so I've decided that as long as I can average around 1600 calories a day, it doesn't matter what else I do. I can't lose weight when I'm only getting around 4-5 hours sleep a night.

pacman12 09-24-2008 05:30 PM

Congrats Vonni - what a great achievement, don't know how you do it with a bub! I am having a hard enough time with work, school and only myself to look after! I got 85% for my first pathophysiology exam - pretty crap, but I really didn't study nearly as much as I should do. Will try better for next one.

The doc is 37, although he looks much younger. He's Polish, been in the US for several years now though. Not sure why he's single - he's very hot! It's funny, because Kathy the annoying nurse at work was telling me weeks ago I should go for him, but I didn't know him at all. Not sure what we'll do - just got chatting and it turns out he only lives around the corner from me, so he said we should hang out. I'll probably see him at rounds tomorrow. We were on the way to a bar with a big group of people and I lost track of where he was. I'll let you know!

LittleKiwi 09-24-2008 05:52 PM

Good luck for your weigh in Kel! I'll be thinking of you :D

Ani, I don't know how you do it, getting up at 5am. I was meant to get up at 6 to go to the gym this morning but only made it out of bed at 7:55 so not gym for Julia today.

Vonni I know what you mean about fuel prices. It really does make you think about whether you really need to go somewhere in the car doesn't it.

Gen! Go get that cardiologist girl!!!

I've got a concert to go to tonight so won't be able to go to the gym today which will mean 2 days in a row with no exercise and that's not ideal.

Unfortunately yesterday I totally blew out on my points. Instead of dinner, I sat down and ate a pack of pate and some crackers and was HORRIFIED when I turned the pack of pate over and saw that I'd just eaten 19g of fat.

:mad::mad::mad:

Even worse as I'd been at a seminar and had eaten 3 wee pieces of cake/slice type thing. NOT GOOD!!

Tonight I'm going for a meal of Thai before the concert so diet won't be 100% great. Will have to do lots of jumping and dancing at the concert.

:twirly:

7senuf 09-24-2008 08:44 PM

I thought thai was healthy enuf? Kel yes sometimes I do give Eb a smack. Not often though, I find she just turns around and blows a rasberry at me and sticks her bum out. The trick is to get what you need to do and say out of the road in 15 seconds. They lose track after that and close off.

If she has hit Bree. I pick her up say NO sharply and put her on the kitchen floor (its boring in there) and microwave timer for 2 1/2 minutes. I do tell her she has to stay there. And when timer goes off I give her a hug and take her to apologise.

I did give her a smack this morning and it shocked her she just walked away lol. I had roused on her and took chewy off her (found it in her brothers room probably shewed a month ago yerrrk) threw it in bin. She came at me yelling and fists flying. As soon as she reached me I whacked her on bum and it stunned her into silence lol.

Mind you my kids are definately no angels. I am all for giving a smack. I think that the do-gooders have given kids all the rights and no responsibilities and taken parenting away from the parents.

If the crime fits the punishment go for it. She doesn't bite, but she does whack her older sister a lot with anything she has in her hand. OR crash tackles her and sits on her head. Bree is quite little and fragile and hurts easily so as you can imagine when it happens there is LOTS of noise in my house.

I've had one kid bite when little. I tried the biting back thing but it doesn't work. Its like replacing a hurt with a hurt so they think it's ok. Say NO sharply and then turn away and do your own thing. I found ignoring them for a few minutes makes them think that it wasn't nice and they come to you. Then give her a hug and say gently "musn't bite mummy. It hurts"

Anyhow, I've prattled enuf. Remeber its MY opinion and way of dealing with stuff. Everyone is different and what works for one kid may not work with another. See how you go. Daycare is wonderful, but at the same time they do pick up bad habits and it's up to us to guide them. It's all we can do.

7senuf 09-24-2008 08:46 PM

PS, sorry about all the typos. busting for a pee

smylie 09-25-2008 07:34 AM

vonni you rock. you said exactly what i was hoping was normal. jem goes to bite now EVERY time something doesnt go her way. i tell her it hurts mummy and then she kisses it better BUT sometimes she doesnt kiss it and bites me again! and she bites me ON THE FACE AND DRAWS BLOOD!!! little wench
adorable little wench
i have started to say NO in my dog growly voice when i REALLY mean it and then ignore her and she gets it and comes looking for me to give me a cuddle like she is sorry.....
but i feel i need to sometimes smack her hand if she is going for a powerpoint and i dont know how many times i have to tell her not climb on the fishtank or the coffee table.....
YOU ARE SO RIGHT about all rights no responsibility but i dont want her to think it is ok to hit or bite.... i DONT AND WONT bite her but i think a smack will sometimes stop her to make her think about what she has done... just dont want her getting out of control...

WEIGH IN AT WEIGHT WATCHERS 93.3KG THAT IS A LOSS OF 1.7KG!~!
WOO
WOO WOOO
i have been drinking a lot more water - still can be improved but HEAPS better still need towork on my afternoon snack attack i think maybe i will replace it with an afternoon walk with jem and the dogs..... now that is an idea but at least now i am working out how many points i can "blow" on my snack attack, binge session

went to the gym tonight (thursday is gym night) and did half an hour of treadmill and then hour pilates class, i AIM to go to the gym at least once more before next weigh in next thursday

hopefully MY weigh in on Monday reflects the ww trend....

Gen - woo hoo

amouse 09-25-2008 09:52 AM

you go kel 1.7 is awesome.. :)... :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

dont you love toddlers,, im lucky neither of my kids bit but Cameron went through a girl hitting stage.. where he would just whop girls when ever he saw them.. lol
There was a girl about a year older then him that would pick on him at playgroup so he begin hitting all girls.. it was so embarassing.. oh look a girl.. time to punch... any random sweet innocent girl.. lol... they all do something.. Leah used to bite her own arm when she was annoyyed.. i told hwer off for it once which just made her do it more so i ignored it and she stopped getting the attention out of it she wanted .. so stopped doing it..

Do you have a play pen you could put her in when she bites you??
a quick growling no and in the pen for a minutes or two.. ? just a suggestion.. oh and yes i smack at times too .. but that had to be a really good reason for it.. time out is the thing that gets done her 99.9999% of the time as a form on punishment.(by the laundry door .. nothing to see do or interefere with there).

Julia i hope you enjoy the concert...

Ani what a horrible way to start the day.... lol before the sun... the only movement you see from me is tht of me snoring.. lol

anyway im off to bed.. nighty night

LittleKiwi 09-25-2008 04:49 PM

Congratulations Kel on a fantastic result!! :carrot::cb::carrot::cb:

I had great fun at the concert last night. Dinner beforehand was delicious, I had steamed jasmine rice and chicken and veggie satay. Yum Yum. Danced for about an hour while the second band played so that would have burned a couple of calories!

I have a friend coming over for a couple of drinks tonight and I've told her to come a bit later than originally planned so that I can go to the gym after work.

Goals for today: 1) STICK TO MY POINTS!!! 2) Go to the gym and do weights and cardio.

:twirly:

smylie 09-25-2008 04:59 PM

i was actually thinking julia but forgot to say that thai can still be "good" the ww book i got yesterday told me the better choices to have when you have take away.
i had sushi yesterday i love sushi

ani - it is weird doing stuff before the sun comes up.... i dont know how shift workers do it.

i have GOT to get a time out corner but my whole house is too damn interesting or not baby proof..... i will work on it

again up out of bed before 7...... sigh.... i am so lazy

wanna know something funny.... beachboys just came on ipod and the song 'barbara ann" was on - and i always thought it was ba ba ba ran not ba bar ba bra ann i am so naive

time for brekky for us two girls... i am hoping there is raisen toast in the freezer but if not i know there are crumpets both the same points!

PerthChick 09-25-2008 05:47 PM

Kel I'm really happy for you that those scales dropped :carrot:.

Get this: yesterday I hurt myself at work - I was unloading pallets and I felt a really strong pain below my ribs. It was so strong I dropped the pallet, and was doubled over - and I went into shock from the pain. So one of the managers took me to the doctor…

Dr said I needed 5-7 days of complete rest because I have strained/torn a muscle in my ribs - and resting was the only way to fix it. The manager gave him an official worker's comp form and said: "Let's not dwell on what she can't do. I need you to fill out this form and indicate which of these light duties she CAN do".

So the frustrated doctor ticked the boxes for heavily restricted duties, which is all Bunnings needed to keep me at work. But how ridiculous. I'm not allowed to lift anything over a kilo, no bending, no twisting, no standing for more than 20 minutes, should be sedentary. Must have heat pack every hour, and Panadeine Forte every six hours.

In all of this Bunnings found a way to keep me at work on light duties.

I have had about two hours sleep, because every time I rolled on my side the pain woke me up. There is no way I am going to work today - I'm going to ring in sick in a minute, and it's just too bad if they don't like it. All my workmates are furious with management, and conducted a 'go-slow' yesterday on my behalf… and the union rep at work told me that "Bunnings always does this because management lose their monthly bonus if any of us are injured at work".

Pfft!

I have to confess I comfort-ate chips and chocolate last night. Oh well…

LittleKiwi 09-25-2008 07:12 PM

Ani that's terrible and what a pack of w*nkers trying to keep you working when you should obviously be at home recovering!

You stay put and look after yourself

pacman12 09-25-2008 07:15 PM

Ani, sorry to hear it. I would have thought being on NARCOTICS (panadeine forte) would be sufficient to get you out of work. If in doubt, tell them you're not prepared to drive impaired.

smylie 09-25-2008 07:17 PM

oh ani i am so glad you are "ok" that is so stupid though to get you back at work so you can not recover properly..... how cool the "go slow" protest that is awesome!!!

PerthChick 09-26-2008 06:39 AM

My 35-year-old cousin died overnight in Canberra. Farking cancer! Left behind a five-year-old daughter. That's just crap!!!

Elerine 09-26-2008 07:40 AM

Oh **** Ani. I'm sorry. I just tried to call you on the numbers you gave me when I was going to visit in January, but they're not working.

I hope you're ok.

LittleKiwi 09-26-2008 05:31 PM

Oh God Ani, I'm so sorry, that's terrible news.

Cancer is an evil disease and it takes far too many people away from their loved ones.

It seems shallow to talk about weight loss after hearing such tragic news but I guess I'll post what I was going to ...

It turns out that I've been using my weight watchers points finder card incorrectly and as a result, I've actually been going way over my points most days when I thought that I was on track. How frustrating. So I'm going to have to do a total overhaul of the way I've been eating and that won't be easy.

I went to the gym yesterday and did 30 minutes of weights followed by a 20 minute run and a very fast paced 20 minute walk.

Today I'm working until 1pm and will then go to the gym and do my circuit based weights programme and then I am meeting up with my ex for a coffee. Not particularly enthused about that but I've been putting it off and postponing on him for a couple of months so I really do have to go!

Hope you're doing alright Ani, once again I'm so sorry about your news. Hope you are coping okay and taking care of your injury too

:twirly:

smylie 09-26-2008 05:37 PM

35.... that is so young... my neighbour just turned 37 on Wednesday (cake excuse) and i can not imagine life without her.... cancer sucks, 5 years old is too young to fully understand cancer and way too young to have no mummy

julia - i've just worked out what i am eating today (not 100% sure what is going to be at reunion) and ihave 10 points left for dinner so they better have sugar free vodka cruisers as they are only one point each..... you said though that you dont use your bonus points so that surely evens out your overestimating food points??? i have had the most trouble still in the afternoons waiting for dinner time, rice cakes though are going to get me through!

7senuf 09-27-2008 07:34 PM

 Cancer sux. Lost my mum, pop and stepdad to it. It's nasty. Especially sad when the ones left behind are so young. 5 yrs old is little to compehend it all. Though hopefully she is old enough to be able to retain some memory of her mummy (or is it her daddy). Like hugs n fun stuff.

Bunnings sux ani. What do u do? water plants all day? like, how can you work at bunnings and be on light duties? go figure.

Way to go Kel on yr weight loss. Mine still hasn't budged but I am carrying a heck of a lot of fluid at the moment. My face is bloated, my neck, my wrists, feet and stomach. Top it off my migraines are coming back so its sedentry time for me till they ease off. Oh well........ all I can do is keep plodding along.

Good choice for dinner Julia.

Gen? Where are you? did you go out;)

Lindor???

PerthChick 09-27-2008 08:32 PM

Kylie that is so sweet - thank you. I've moved house and changed my phone numbers since January.

Thank you to everyone for your kind thoughts. Vonni my cousin was the mother, and it's so sad that a little girl has to grow up without her. It has been a pretty ordinary week, and I've let it be an excuse to eat crap too - not very happy with myself.I've woken up today with a cold/cough thing, and realised that it is crazy to eat so badly when I am under stress and injury. This is the VERY time when I should be really careful with food - to make sure I am getting the best nutrients I can. Not to punish myself for a bad week by eating rubbish.

It's a long weekend in Perth and I have to work today and tomorrow (not sure how I can manage light duties on a busy long weekend) - bloody Bunnings!

But there's no use stressing about something I can't change, so I am going to use it to my advantage, and set myself a goal of walking 8km at work today and drinking 2.5L of water. And as tomorrow is a public holiday I am just going to remind myself I will be getting paid $45/hour to walk around and talk to people :D.

amouse 09-28-2008 03:19 AM

Im very sorry about your loss ani.. we lost 2 family members yesterday also. Aunt Alice had a fall , need surgery reacted to the drugs and died of heart failure.. Aunt Nell has been sick for a long time.. and we were told over a month ago she had a week to live.. but she held on until the same day we lost alice.. Both are Johns great aunts.. Nell is nans sister and alice her sil .. Alice lived in the same block of units as nan and was her best friend .. Nell lived in england.. a little over a month ago.. Nans other brother in law and sil moved into a nursing home out of her block of units.. so Nan has lost everyone she loves and depends on at home .

been one of those weeks.. me and the kids have had the flu.. and ive payed next to no attantion to what i have been eating..
luckily ive still been doing some sort of exercise and i haven't gained im now 115.7 so a loss of 600 grams this week ..

Today we were all feeling alot better so we spent the day down at the pool ... 5 hours of swiming and playing .. in the water.. i bet that has burned a few rouge calories.. lol

Yesterday was a birthday party at the movies.. we Saw Wall E its a very cute movie.. we really enjoyed it..

anyway im gonna run.. im hungry so cooking dinner early to avoid snack crap.. heres to a better week next week ..

smylie 09-28-2008 05:16 PM

oh amy two in one day! omigosh..... how sad
ani - your determination is awesome, so many people would use injury as an excuse to slack off

i am not 100% pleased with myself, even though i have basically stuck to my points i put on 700 grams this week - so that gives me kick in bum to fix it before thursday weight watchers weigh in...... whoops

LittleKiwi 09-28-2008 05:50 PM

Sorry for your loss Amy, that's very sad news :(

Don't get too discouraged by that gain Kel, it may take a few weeks for your body to get used to your new diet. Just stick with it and you'll get the results you want.

How is your injury Ani? Feeling any better?

I'm back on board with diet today and am determined to succeed. My thinking is that I will just take it one day at a time. I had a breakfast of cereal and trim milk this morning and that was really yummy. Lunch is a ham and salad sandwich and dinner will be macaroni cheese. Snacks will be fruit and cuppa soups.

Will go to the gym too and do weights followed by an aerobics class.

:twirly:

PerthChick 09-28-2008 07:14 PM

Amy that's really sad - I'm thinking of you .

Kel how often are you weighing yourself? The scales will go up and down on a daily, even hourly, basis and the only one you should take notice of is your 'official' weight watchers weigh-in.

Julia my ribs hurt this morning. They hurt at work yesterday - but what can you do? I just can't believe how busy it was at work yesterday (and will be today) - get a long weekend in Perth and everyone has to go to Bunnings! Why?

Yesterday I ate/drank 1620 calories, walked 8km and drank 2.1L of water - not too bad. Today I would like to try and increase my water because I feel a little bit dehydrated.

7senuf 09-29-2008 01:36 AM

Amy  thats awful. Love to all who has been affected by the loss.

Ani you're right about scales changing. Most people weigh lightest in the monring but for some stupid reason I usually am lighter about 4 in the afternoon lol.

smylie 09-29-2008 05:30 AM

i am weighing myself on this forum monday mornings and getting weighed officially for weight watchers on thursday mornings and thats it! so a little disheartened by slight gain
BUT didnt stop me eating a 233gram packet of mint m&ms
HOWEVER i have now vowed no chocolate until i look into more about this cocoabean child slavery that i have heard about
so there.

Lindor 09-29-2008 09:14 AM

Ani, I am so sorry for your loss! Will you be heading over to Canberra for the funeral? Maybe the 'bereavement leave' could also help by giving you some injury recovery time as well? Although 'bereavement leave' is said to be just for close relatives and some might argue that a cousin is not a close relative, if you show the emotion they tend to back off from arguing the point.

Amy, sorry you were thrown a double whammy too.

I hope the pain of your losses ease for you both soon

I'm not being at all successful with my dieting efforts just now...I am sooo not in the right place mentally! And the fact that I am stressing over Christmas already is not helping!!

I was doing a bit of googling tonight and discovered an equation that gives what is called The Fullness Factor...anyone heard of it?? Basically it shows you how workout which foods will make you feel fuller but with the least calories...did I explain that ok? If you Google 'The Fullness Factor', you'll find where I found out about this (NutritionData).

Anyway, they give the following equation to workout the Fullness Factor (FF) of foods...

FF=MAX(0.5, MIN(5.0, 41.7/CAL^0.7 + 0.05*PR + 6.17E-4*DF^3 - 7.25E-6*TF^3 + 0.617))

where CAL is total Calories per 100g (30 minimum),
PR is grams Protein per 100g (30 maximum),
DF is grams Dietary Fiber per 100g (12 maximum), and
TF is grams total Fat per 100g (50 maximum).

...now I am a long way off being a mathematical genius, so is anyone able to work this out and use it following the nutritional information given on a food product?

I am happy to be told the Fullness Factor is rubbish too if that is what you believe, the thing the caught my interest was using the equation on a random food product that I pulled from the pantry...and I am stuffed if I can work it out!

I have two weeks until my appointment in Perth, I am determined to make these two weeks good in terms of dieting in the hope that I might be able to find some incentive to maintain some control over my food intake while in Perth! And as a reward allow myself to enjoy coffee with Ani!

LittleKiwi 09-29-2008 05:10 PM

Lindor that equation looks like complete gobbledegook to me! Anything even slightly mathematical makes my head spin :dizzy:

Kel, why weigh yourself twice a week? Surely once is enough? Make sure you take your measurements too because they will change even when your weight doesn't and it's important to see those changes happen so that you will feel encouraged to keep going.

I had a perfect day yesterday. Stuck to my points religiously and had a great workout at the gym.

Today my goals are the same: stick to my points and have a great workout at the gym.

Hope everyone is doing ok.

:twirly:

PerthChick 09-29-2008 06:39 PM

Lindor the Fullness Factor isn't rubbish - but I noted with some cynicism that Nutrition Data =have 'trademarked' that equation. They must think they're onto a good thing. I suspect it will become the next buzzword in dieting - the way "low GI" has been for a few years.

Basically it's common sense to people who understand that "calories" have different values in different foods. I'll give you an example: my breakfast bowl is heaped - and I mean HEAPED - to the top by the time I put everything in it. Yes, I put that much food in my belly every morning :D. It weighs more, is a lot more food, but it has less calories than two eggs on toast.

I think the principle behind it is to try and come up with a diet that is really filling (curbing hunger and snacking) but relatively low in calories. But as for that equation… my maths skills are too basic for it, and I did have a go at working it out :dizzy:.

Looking forward to catching up for that coffee - can't wait!

I had another OK day. I ate 1570 calories, walked 7km - but only drank 1.2L of water - something to work on…

Lindor 09-29-2008 07:10 PM

Haha! How far did you get with the equation? I got as far as FF=, after that I was stumped!

amouse 09-29-2008 07:42 PM

you got to ff= omg your smarter then me.... lol

the whole thing is confusing to me... lmao

i dont think its rubbish either but i dont think we need a confusing equation to figure it out..

a banana is filling and low cal.. so is a carrot.. leah meat.. fish.. potatoes.. i think dieting is common sense eating.. eat the food the way we are meant to... the way it is.. not processed.. and you'll be full and healthy and satifeid..

the other night after swimming(5 hrs) i was really hungry.. so i had chicken breast, medium potato. whole small sweet potatoes.. green beans carrots and cauliflower for dinner and a huge plate full of it too .. 490 calories .. that was for 400 grams of vegetable ( all up) and 85 grmas of chicken.. so very big meal ..

i always have a biggish meal at dinner time but usually it only involve about 300-400 calories.. becuase my plate is full of vegetables.. if i have a small dinner i get hungry at 8-9 at night .. so im better off having a decent meal..

amouse 09-29-2008 09:29 PM

lindor i have just played around with there website they have a tracker on there for your calories ff and all you macros have aplay around with it .. and you will soon find out the better choices.

smylie 09-29-2008 10:17 PM

i dropped maths at the end of grade 10 just passing... i figured there would always be someone around to figure it out for me... and my brother is basically a mathimatcian/ maths teacher
that is the reason i was reluctant to do a calorie/points counting diet
numbers are totally overrated.

the fullness thing though - weight watchers now has a core plan which is no counting and you can eat endless quantities of these certain foods that fill you up and you just dont eat when you are not hungry or something

i have been weighing myself 2ice a week because my scales say littlier numbers than the weight watchers scales but it is screwing with my mind a little i guess so i maybe will get benji to put the scales away

todays goals to stick to my points and drink 2 L of water
i already took the dogs for a walk

now to get the girl to have a nap

LittleKiwi 09-29-2008 11:53 PM

Oh yeah I forgot to say, I weighed myself last night and am up to 87.1kg which is a gain of about 3 1/2 kg since May. Not good!

Time to knuckle down and get some more weight off.

smylie 09-30-2008 06:07 AM

no timtams
no m&ms
omigosh! this could be interesting...

LittleKiwi 09-30-2008 03:39 PM

Oh my god Kel, I'm gutted that Lindt is on that list! I will read more about it.

I had another perfect day yesterday. Stuck to my points and had a great workout at the gym.

Did my grocery shopping and got lots of good food. Goals for today are once again to stick to my points and have a good workout at the gym.

:twirly:

7senuf 09-30-2008 05:15 PM

FF= blah blah blah. What tha?

Hmmm seems its a pile of crap as far as the maths goes. I just figure it means a healthy diet consists of a certain percentage of fats, carbs, protein etc.... And if we just use the packaging as guides as to the percentage of average daily diet we'll be right. So many grams per so many grams.

pacman12 09-30-2008 07:45 PM

Amy, how the **** do you swim for 5 hours without drowning or having your arms fall off?

amouse 10-01-2008 07:09 AM

i do alot of exercise.. lol.. i average about 700 minutes a week .. and i suppose you just get used to it .. alot of it is swimming... i love swimming .. i do water aerobics( 45 minutes) and laps.( 120 minutes). then take the kids down there on saturday or sunday( when they're well) and we waste the day in the pool .( 240-300minutes). lol i then do a load of walking .. and use my elliptical and my dvds atm im addicted to billy blanks taebo i got from deals direct .. i dont post my exercise on aussie chicks becuase its something i dont need to be accountable for 99% of the time.. i just do it.. becuase i enjoy it..

I am very lucky though.. i am getting a wii for my birthday off my hubby :) i kinda tricked him into it.. lol .. .and i have put wiifit on layby in target.. .. all the exercise sure is paying off the scales arent moving quick but the sizes are .. my size 20 jeans are roomy and my tops look like tents ..
all up ive lost 43.2 pounds
12 cm from my bust'
27 cm from my waist
14 cm from my hips
20cm from my each thigh
i look really goofy and its hard to show but i think you get the idea.. lol please ignore the stupid look on my face and the stretch marks too.. lol

i am going to look more into the choc slavery thing the websites i looked at were kinda old i think... am going to try and get up to date info -
but seems it is the reason i needed to stop eating choc - but a bit worried that when i look into these issues will find that MOST of the stuff in my life would not be there without slavery.... so that could be interesting also

ignorance - is - was - bliss
