  • So Julia, what did you end up eating at East Side Mario's? We always go there but not since the diet. Their menu is not very diet friendly I think.
  • Do you guys exercise? I don't but I would like to start. Maybe walking when it gets warmer out.
  • I had the angel hair pasta it seamed to have the most veggies. Broght over half home for the kids to eat for lumch today!
  • I walk back and for to the kids school. That is really the extend of my workouts. I am trying Richard Simmons dvd too. It was easier than I expected.

    Ok I can see it happeneing if you New to the Program. I did it too in the first few weeks. but I find if I plan out the night before what i'm going to eat I'm good. I also cook ahead of time and freeze it "Meals"

    what is you Plan like. I know it can be differant if you in a higher or lower weight.

    I can let ya know my Meals I was having till they can't my Menu last week.
    Now on the same as above but all White Meat & Eggs & Green Veggies etc

    Ok as for excerise.. Not yet, I did buy a Bally's Chin & Sit bar but not liking it.

    I want to look into Lifestyle Fitness with a Family memeber this week.

    I have Issues with my inner thighs and Belly I want to work on !
  • Christina.. The amounts you eat is not very much.. Are you hungry? I am almost the same except 3 proteins, 3 fruit and 4 veg. I thought everyone had the same amounts.
    I feel fat this morning.. My rings are tight. No wonder since I over ate yesterday.

    Oh well, today is a new day and a new week. I can't stop living just because I am on a diet..
