This is a different friend. Hubby says I only have people that can't do for them selfs. He might be right lol. Even those that seem all together seem to never be together when I need something lol. This Lady's husband thanked me all over the place. They both were so happy I came down and did what I did. He doesn't have to do it on his one day off a week and she just can't stand not being able to do it herself.

Minor NSV yesterday: I washed the new jeans and dried them in the drier and they still went on easily!

The headache went to wherever headaches go. I suspect it was some kind of nasty Kiwi voodoo meant to slap me into shape. It worked.

Tonight's 60 minute spin class was one heck of a workout. Someone weighing 150 lbs would have burnt off 605 cals, so for me it must have been at least a million.

I won't know until I go to bed whether I have only 99 days left to perfection or if the day will become a do-over. Still several hours to screw up before bedtime.

Morning you girls are too funny....... I could not get the thread to show me the weekends posts til today....so I had alot of catching up to do. Irish greetings late to all of you.....Last night while I was reading in bed an awful scream was occurring outside...... I can't identify the creature.... has anyone heard what type of sound a racoon can make? Anyway, it was awful and continued for sometime..... not quite cat like either.....
While it is snowing here again this morning. I am trying to do my best to stay on my plan, still not going to look at that scale I think it makes me worse somedays. Toby and I are going for a power walk after work on the old track at the Jr. high and counting that for some steps in our day. He loves it ....he is such a little strutter he looks like he owns the place.

I CAME HOME AND JIMMY HELPS ME WITH PUTTING THE GROCERIES AWAY. I LOOKED TIRED AND IN NEED...HE DOESN'T ASK BUT GOES STRAIGHT TO WORK. WHAT A GUY,,,, TRUTH BE TOLD IT IS DINGY AND THE AIR HEAVY WITH STORM AND I NEED A GOOD LIE DOWN.

I was thinking the very same thing. Hubby always calls me his angel. Says I was sent from heaven just for him. I hate to tell the man but I was kicked out of heaven because I wouldn't stop cleaning and I drove them all crazy lol.

Afternoon ladies! It is very dreary here today and I am feeling it. The car will be done this aft, but I have to wait for my sis to drive me. I am so looking forward to getting to the gym tomorrow. I will do some small exercise today at some point...maybe will try the yoga again. Need to figure out dinner too, have to run to the store, We are out of milk. Hope everyone has a good day!!! Hi ladies, someone is stealing all my time again!!.. Wed already and then the long w/end We had a big easter arvo tea at work but I was not a and had a good weightloss at ww on Mon night, so even though the leftover eggs, hotxbuns and assorted lollies and rubbish are in the office next door I will be not be tempted

The kittens are doing great and I can notice a real weight gain in a couple of them, so that is pretty pleasing.. the boys got home from Perth last night sounds like that had a lot of fun so I will check out the photos tonight, was to tired yesterday.

We have had some lovely weather so hold onto the thought that summer is coming your way.. Easter is suppose to be fine and sunny so that will be nice, I will be complaining about the soon enough.
