I need to start getting up early so I can do my Couch to 5K...it's impossible to do after work with my cardio and strengths I have to do and then tend to the kids. I need to get an alarm clock. on the ground this morning. It won't last I know but its depressing for me!!!


That is great no cookies and not even a bite, that is control...
But we also have some of that bad nasty weather today and thru tomorrow, but it is raining but when cools this evening we could see some of that white stuff as well.
