Good Morning! I'm actually going to report for yesterday now since I couldn't get online last night.
So, here goes for
day 3:
*Cardio/Sculpting - Friday is my day off (I work out 6 days a week) so nothing really to report there. (3 pauses left)
*Recording in my food diary - it was a struggle because I kept getting kicked offline, but I managed to get it in. (2 pauses left)

Shy - Good job! I hope you have fun on your trip, it's great that you can get your workout/walking in while you're at it! Look at you - you're almost done with this challenge, yaaay!!!

Elerine - Looks like you're off to a great start! I have to agree with Quiet, you're brave to cut out all the sweets. I've been managing to do it - but, I think you're right, keeping them out of the house is the key, 'out of sight, out of mind'! If it's there I know I'd be tempted!

CrawlWalkRun - I was part of another thread as well, they report in weekly. I've only been doing this one for a few days, but it seems to work better for me. I need to feel accountable (to someone other than myself), so it helps keep me on track. I hope it works for you too!
