Hi all!
This is a new thread for those of us who have fallen off the wagon, and are trying to get back on. It sure is hard to do!

For me, it is all of DAY TWO, and I must confess that my right eye is twitching as all the sugar leaves my system...

Can I join as well?

I was doing really well till about 6 weeks ago when I just lost the plot. No real rhyme or reason, I just found myself eating the wrong sorts of things and the inevitable happened. I'm back to being too close to that 250 number that I swore I'd never see again, so it's time to get myself back into the right headspace. Past time, in fact.
