oh yes this is the story of my life but i am pleased to say for the past few days i have been doing good!

For me, it is all of DAY TWO, and I must confess that my right eye is twitching as all the sugar leaves my system...

I was doing really well till about 6 weeks ago when I just lost the plot. No real rhyme or reason, I just found myself eating the wrong sorts of things and the inevitable happened. I'm back to being too close to that 250 number that I swore I'd never see again, so it's time to get myself back into the right headspace. Past time, in fact.
